It is very sturdy and holds my very heavy winter robe with no problem. When I'm wearing my robe the robe hook is so pretty and not at all an eye sore. My husband had no problem hanging the hook up on the back of our door. And now I no longer have to go into my overstuffed closet to get it out, it's just a few steps away from my bed. I love it!

It's heavy duty and has a beautiful oil rubbed bronze color. This matches so well with other fixtures in my bathroom. IT fits nicely behind the bathroom door. Perfect to hang my gown, robe ,or anything you want to hang out of the way. The way it's designed I can hang something across or use it at each end to hang separate items. Very happy with this fixture from the quality, made to last durability to the beautiful bronze finish.
