My favourite trimmer!
Having owned several gas, corded, and cordless trimmers, this is my favourite bar non. This Kobalt trimmer has near the power of my gas unit, and has no trouble cutting long weeds and thin brush in addition to regular lawn trimming. The unit is very light, even paired with my more powerful 6ah battery. My average run time is over 60 minutes on our property and this trimmer has zero issue keeping up. The quick feeding head is super easy to bump and restring by turning the knob. Just make sure you string the head from left-to-right when the unit is flipped upside down, otherwise the line won't feed in properly. Use quality line, the stuff that comes with the trimmer isn't great. Kobalt produces solid products and great value, you won't be disappointed.
