The round-shaped rain showerhead and handheld spray showerhead have easy-to-clean soft nozzles and a maximum flow rate of 9.5 L/min (2.5 gpm) at 80 psi for great water flow. The sliding rail and long 69' flexible hose ensure the hand shower is easy to reach and simple to use. It has a thermostatic valve and allows temperature adjustment from 34°C to 38°C (93.2°F to 100.4°F) by handle and 39° to 43°C (102.2°F to 109.4°F) when the security button is pressed. Water flow automatically shuts off when the cold water supply is interrupted. Bought this last week. So unhappy. No water pressu
Bought last week had it installed by plumber. He was baffled at the water pressure. Now we are stuck with a rain head that doesn’t flow properly. The shower is none adjustable. I don’t need your sorry. I would like a explanation & a fix. We put our water oil head on and it is fine. No problem with our water pressure just the shower & rain heads.

Low water pressure!!
Just recently installed this shower but the water pressure is very low!!! Everything else working normally in the same bathroom except the shower fixture, Any ideas how to fix the problem?? It’s very urgent

Great shower set!

The shower was harder to install then expected but everything went well. The two shower heads had great shower pressure and even hit the hard to reach places with little movement required. The Belanger - Kit: Shower Faucet: Complete model for Thermostatic Diverter Valve with Sliding Bar Shower Head will be a better selection then your current shower head I highly recommend this product to you and there are instructions online too if your having trouble.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fixtures are beautiful and we are in love with it. The parts look luxurious and elegant. My favorite part is the rainshower head. It feels like I am underneath a summer rain, so lovely. The handheld shower has great pressure and comfortable to hold. We had a plumber install the parts and which made quick work of the job done. It's gorgeous!
