Terrible product
Good luck sanding this crap. What wasn't too warped or split to use (about 20% of each bundle) was rough chopped with dull blades. 2/4 sides have deep teeth saw blade markings, blackened. The other 2 have a thousand tiny squares all the way down. Every single piece stamped and chipped. It has taken me 30-40 min to sand each piece down enough to be stained somewhat adequately.
Rona needs quality checks on their products. Stop cutting corners and raising prices. Stop making people buy bundles and hiding crap inside.
Will be taking back the 20% of unusable wood and suggest all consumers do the same.

This wood was in terrible condition. Not straight, lots of damage to edges that were hidden because they tie 6 of them together with the damage on the inside. What a rip off.

Purchased 4 for a pyramid trellis. Very rough cut. Some split edges; 3 out of 4 had raw edge on one side and were not square. 1 piece had split edge. Purchased same from Rona 2 years ago and that product was very good. Would have returned this time but due to COVID online purchase and lumber shortage I decided to keep and sand as project was going to be painted.

Not actually select lumber
Not great value for money. I ordered these online out of desperation. It is advertised as dressed on all 4 sides, but this is not accurate. It is dressed on 3 sides. If I had to guess these are 2x4s ripped in half. Also, approximately 50% of them were unusable, as they had bark or were off cuts. The majority of them were also not straight. Save your money, and avoid these.
