Why it is 240V not 110V ? Can use at home?
This baseboard has a voltage of 240V, the 120V model is B0501W. These 2 voltages are residential voltages.

Does it have an on off switch or do u have to use a thermostat
No. The Brava baseboard does not have an ON/OFF switch. Stelpro recommends that a thermostat be used to control the product.
