Je ne comprends pas qu'on puisse vendre ce genre !
Le sofit est concu pour rentrer de l'air frais , c'est tout a fait normale que ca gele en hiver, ca peut caser aussi des dégât a la maison, installation sortie ventilateur au soffite est a eviter . meilleur solution sortir la ventilation au toit

Spring breaks
The spring is rusting and breaking every second year or so. The spring should be available as a spare part.

Broken in about a year
Bought this product for two bathroom fans about a year ago. The small springs holding the two flaps closed rusted away during the winter leaving the flaps open continuously and allow cold air to seep back into the bathrooms. I will have to rip them out and replace them both now.

Causes attic mold when installed in soffits, particularly vented soffits but all soffits suck air around them and into the attic

J'en ai deux. Pour la hotte et le ventil de salle de bain. Les 2 gèlent en hiver. Mauvais design, mauvaise idée.
