I have tried to purchase an 'on-line only' item, but when I get to the pay portion of the cart it says Lowes does not deliver to my address. ?? How else am I supposed to get this item that is not in stores? I am on the Lowes Canada site.

I bought the Moen Method last month and was very disappointed to know that the anchoring brackets that attach to the wall are black nylon/plastic, with tabs that snap into place, as opposed to a metal brackets that have a hex key screw that allows for tightening. What makes this worse is that when installing the roll holder, there is a 1-1.5 mm gap between the holder and wall, leaving the black nylon/plastic partially visible - this is not a clean installation and looks cheap. Another thing I noticed is the chromed metal of the roll holder has tiny striations all throughout it… when I compared this to Moen’s Danika robe hook that has a perfectly smooth mirror-like finish, it’s like night and day. So the finish is a bit second rate. Lastly, there is no installation template whatsoever, which was a complaint I previously saw in the product reviews. As the roll holder is TWO pieces, it’s very hard to determine the exact centers of where the screws need to be aligned. This above all is the biggest part of my complaint, as it an easily and thoughtlessly preventable move by Moen. I wouldn’t waste any time with this subpar product. See attached photos.
