Way too small and dingy
Very disappointed. The toilet is WAY smaller than it appeared online, it's almost like a child's toilet. It looks dinky in my bathroom. I hired an installer through Kohler and once it was installed I immediately called Kohler asking for an exchange and I was told that it was too late.

Bought two; one perfect, one with flaws
I bought two San Souci. The flush is strong and efficient. When cleaning them, I discovered one toilet has perfect holes under the rim of the bowl, but the other one has a bunch of holes that are either blocked or only partially opened, which means down the road minerals in the water can more easily narrow them, no matter how gradually. I wish the second toilet was not like that but we have already been using it for over a month before we realized it. The factory shouldn’t have missed this flaw.

Small and elegant
We just had our master bathroom remodeled and chose a round one piece toilet with a small water tank. It fits beautifully in our not so spacious bathroom. It flushes quietly and saves water. We love it!

Great for small bathroom or for kids
We have had one installed for two months and just purchased a second. It was the only one that fit our specific space, and it works well and feels special even if a little small. Also perfect for a bathroom that kids will be using because it's just a couple inches shorter than normal. Doesn't impact my life as a tall adult, but those two inches can be a huge help for a little kid trying to use it independently.
