Terrible
It is pretty sad when you buy an expensive vacuum and after a few years the battery won't charge and replacements are no longer available. The vac is in great shape, only to be tossed in the garbage. I am getting a bad taste with cordless vac's. Truly frustrating. Plus on finding this out I had to finally find a real person to only chat with, no phone calls back. Stay away from Model:440009633 HOOVER.

No breakdown on how to empty the vac
There are at least 2 ways to put this machine back together again after emptying it after use. Nowhere is there a demo on putting the parts back inside properly.

Stopped working before one year
My vacuum was really good at first, but after a couple months start acting funny Now it's not even charging, the lights only blinks forever when I connected to charger

Had one year Won't start. Fully charged
I've had this for a year all of a sudden it won't work it's fully charged all the buttons are on click the stop button and nothing works. What is wrong?

Great vacuum
I use this 3-4 times a day. We have a Puppy, grass, dirt, etc and I have long hair so I use it daily. Great vacuum. After 4 years the battery finally stopped recharging where can I get a new one?

Very Impressed
We've had this little vacuum for close to 10 years now and we use it for small jobs. We vacuum our stairs with it because it's light and has good suction. Pet hair, small areas of dirt, or spilled cereal on the floor; this little vacuum has done it all. I've never even changed the HEPA filter. All I do is clean the small cleanable filters and screens and it just keeps going. I've never drained the battery completely so I don't know how long it actually lasts but we've definitely gotten our money's worth. Very happy with this product.

I will never buy Hoover again
This vacuum does not pick up dirt very well it has hardly any suction and the dirt falls out when hung up on wall mount. Ues filters have been cleaned and washed but it struggles to pick up anything but dust so try a different brand. I always thought Hoover was good
