Buttons Stuck Completely
Installed maybe a year ago (or under) and the buttons are completely stuck. Won’t switch to stream from spray. When I do try to switch it back no water comes out at all. What’s the warranty on this product? Regretting not getting a see saw type switch instead of the buttons.

Too expensive for long term and daily use
Bought this just under 2 years ago in black and it’s exactly what the wife wanted. Unfortunately, not the head has had a tremendous amount of issues, like paint flaking off and exposing the copper underneath, the black rubber button covers falling off, and buttons sticking consistently. We don’t have hard water, or abuse our stuff (but with the price point you should be able to!) I don’t recommend if you’re actually going to use it in a kitchen. I’ve tried to contact the support to order a replacement, but it’s always “closed” even during their hours of operation!

Not worth it’s weight only looks good
I bought the product 2 years ago it was nice looking and everything until it started from the upper part of the spout
The matte finish started to show some copper color here and there
The two button on the side of the spout aren’t functioning properly

Looks great, works until it doesn't.
Functions as intended most of the time. Had this for 5 years and had to replace the nozzle and hose assembly twice for different reasons. The diverter spring in the nozzle broke and had a pinhole in the hose.
Customer service is great, no issues there but time and money are worth something... 2 stars. Luckily the replacement is plug and play but the cost is a week with no functional kitchen sink each time waiting for the replacement assembly.

Awesome!

Beautiful Pfister faucet.

Works beautifully and I love the matte black. It’s sleek and modern. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to replace their faucets!

nice look but leaking after 2-3 months.
Professionally installed faucet in my new kitchen. Just started spraying water out of the pull out part head. Would like a new one but would need someone to install it. Not really impressed.
