Really pretty awful
This sink came with our new house, and here are all the things we really can't stand about it:
1) it drains really slowly, like water is very firm jello; the nearly flat bottom is a design disaster;
2) it scratches if you look at it; okay exageration, but it feels that way.
3) it is nearly impossible to keep clean (of water spots, build up, anything);
4) the bottom grid probably kept the sink from getting scratched, but it also collected garbage, crud, build up, so we had to remove it to make the sink usable;
5) fitting a garbage disposal to it is proving to be a ridiculously expensive prospect
Bottom line: pretty sink from a distance, but not practical if you want a working, usable sink in your kitchen. We will be removing it as soon as we can. Sorry, Kraus.

High Quality except missing details
So far been in the house for about the month and already have scratch because of the rubber legs on the grid. Turns out they are plastic therefore already scratch the surface of the sink. Kind of surprised since it was not caught through validations.

Such an amazing modern sink!
I recently installed this sink and a new faucet. Even with adding a new countertop, the job only took about 2 hours. I can't believe how easy it was! This sink is easy to clean, and I really like having a single bowl vs the double we had. You can fit so much in it to wash and I love the grate it comes with as well. When you are washing items or straining it really comes in handy to keep things off of the bottom. The stainless steel is beautiful and matches all of our appliances. It really updated the entire space!

Great Sink for the Price
I purchased the 24" Laundry Sink for by new kitchen. Wanted something that fits a half baking sheet in both directions and this sink delivers. Plus its the deepest sink I could find. Everyone compliments the sink on how much they like it. YES, the sink scratches super easy (even when vacuuming dust out of it initially) but every steel sink will scratch when you use it so its inevitable. For the price, (vs the Kohler) this sink is well worth it. I got the KHU23 grate for it as well, its 1/2" shy on either side in the long direction direction but otherwise works great, so happy with it. Kraus, please make a grate for this sink though! Please!
Also, when I went to order the grate via phone call, customer service was very easy to deal with. And an actual person was on the other line so kudos to you.

Monster Sink, Worthy Investment
We've used this sink for 2 years now. Paired it with the Krauss KPF-2631SFS pull down faucet. It has been incredibly durable, cleans easily, washes the hounds with ease, it's thick, quiet, dent resistant, and even more capacity than we anticipated - it's DEEP. Installation was simple, garbage disposal mounted right up, faucet install took all of 10 minutes. Included sink rack and drain cover have been fantastic accessories. Even the free oven mitt is great! Could not be happier with our choice. Please note - IT WILL SCRATCH - but that's the romance of stainless, at least to us, and we've had no issues with rust at all - even after neglecting to clean or wipe the water out for extended periods of time. This sink will not improve photography skills, however, as illustrated.

Great function, high maintenance
Love the style, depth, capacity. Difficult to keep looking clean. It scratches easily and CANNOT leave even a drop of water .... it will form a water spot that needs to be scrubbed out. Too much maintenance.

Double bowl commercial sink
The sink is great looking . Wife disappointed she can't leave water in it. Bought a plastic wash basin to use in one side. She says it is starting to show signs of rusting , only little over year old. Thought I did good job looking For a new sink and faucet online ?
