Easy install

Not happy
Not happy that I did not know that this system needs a drain and also need to buy replacement filter and also cleaning cleaner. Those items should have been highlighted in description and provided in purchase of unit.

working better than expected!
Purchase this unit about a month ago to replace an older 20-year-old water softener. Had it professionally installed and the next day we had to turn down the settings because the softener was working so exceptionally well! Fantastic product thus far.

Great product
We’ve been using it now for about 3weeks. We have very hard water and weren’t able to have a washing machine because of the staining. Was so tired of the orange coloring in our shower, sinks and toilet. We were limited on space, so this machine was perfect. Now we have soft water, no orange in our shower, sinks or toilets. And we were finally able to have a washing machine and can do our laundry here and not have to run to the laundromat, YEAH!!
