Only lasts 4-5 months.
My 1st purchase was in Sept of 2023. Was replaced a few months later..And here I am again, a few months later. Negative reviews are correct reviews. The hose in back stops working properly. Being charge large amount of money for a 14 cup coffee maker, is ridiculous. My household relies on coffee daily.. having a good reliable coffee maker is a necessity. Quality has gone out the window. I won't purchase another salton.

Great unit but defective handle
WE love this machine but just recently the handle broke and no longer able to use, This has been one of the best larger machines we have had in many years and not one issues till now with it

good coffee, cheap materials.
Bought this coffee pot at a great price and works great at its very simple task. Bough this for the office break room, We have gotten our moneys worth and use this 24/7. Purchased in May of 2023, unfortunately the pot itself only lasted till today Feb 2nd 2024. This proved to be extremely dangerous this morning when the handle broke with a full pot of fresh coffee.
