Bad instructions
There’s no grove for the putty. The instructions page and video refer to this but it doesn’t exist. Why do I have to type my review twice just to pass your minimum character limit?

At 8 months, bad cartridge, water leak at base
I purchased this faucet on 7/1/2022. 8 months later in March 2023 water was leaking steadily out of the base and down the return lines under my bathroom sink. Called support and they are sending 2 cartridges. Not happy with the faucet repair so soon. Customer service was friendly enough. If this happens again ... ?? then I won't be a fan of Pfister.

Disappointed
Like the previous posted review, ours developed a leak at the end of the cold-water line. Instead of replacing a single flex-tube, the entire faucet now needs replaced because the lines are built into the faucet. I can't believe how impractical this is! And we have this same faucet in another bathroom so now how long before that fails?

Attractive but marginally functional
We chose this the Parisa faucet to be installed as part of our bathroom remodel. Within a couple weeks it became difficult to activate a slow stream of warm water without the handle falling to the off position. We had the contractor adjust it, and within a few days it did it again. Pfister has since warranteed the valve. I replaced it, and same story: good for a couple weeks then the same issue.
I saw the same issue pop up in another review of the same product, so I don't think it's specific to my unit. It makes me think the other positive reviews are from people who have it installed in a rental property or something where they don't actually use it...

Beautiful faucet for bathroom
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only used pfister faucets in our houses. They feels solid. Pfister also provides good warranty and we get free replacement/repair when there is a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a faucet I had a problem with. It looks the same but was not near the quality of the original which was one cast piece, a much better faucet. This one has a plate on the bottom.
