I bought it last year and barely used it. But this year, the base is fully crumbled and broke. And the chipping everywhere too. I don't have my receipt. It is really upsetting and waste of so much money. What can I do?

This unit is one years old. The finish was chipping off from the get go, the top doesn’t fit flush and the base leaks. I love the way it looks but the Quality simply isn’t there.
