This bike has all the regular features of a spin bike, including 32 levels of indexing resistance, a competition seat, adjustable aerodynamic handlebars along with lightweight structural triangular tubing. This bike also comes with a full HD touch-screen monitor that flips 180 degrees to enhance your fitness experience. Use with the Echelon application (membership required) to access one-on-one, live, and on-demand classes such as barre, boxing, cardio, core, meditation, Pilates, strength, stretching, toning, yoga, and Zumba.
