Wood is really weak.
Broke the first time I tried to turn soil. The wood is incredibly weak, only slightly stronger than cork or balsa wood.

Robust enough for rigorous work.
I’m able to totally spade with this fork! Would be great if the Craftsman brand was burned into the handle instead of on a label, which is both liable to fade and peel over time, and difficult to remove before it begins to fail — but that’s not important right now. Solid handle, shaft, and tines.

Great Tool
Bought this a couple weeks ago to till the very compacted, almost clay like dirt in the backyard to help perpare for new sod. Oh my goodness! This is my new go to garden tool! It's great for making nice holes for shrubs and larger plants, mixing soil, turning compost. It's tough, well made and gets the job done with ease. Great buy.

Awesome Tool!
Works perfectly for digging up weeds and other difficult shallow rooted plants and vegetation. This garden tool made it easy to "scoop" up the soil with weeds and separate the latter. I was just wondering in RONA's site its only 1 year warranty but on the Craftsman website it's 15 years.
