- Screwdriver drill (electric or cordless)
- Countersink drill bit for No. 8 screws
- 7/16" drill bit
- Tape measure
- Carpenter’s square
- Rubber mallet
- Pencil

- 3 pine boards, 1" x 2" x 96"
- 6 wood dowel rods, 7/16" in diameter x 48"
- 8 – 1 1/4" No. 8 screws
- 4 No. 8 screw eyes
- 4 No. 8 screw hooks
- 4 chains of ± 5" (5 links of ± 1")
- (N.B.: for an 8-ft. ceiling)
- 4 quick links of ± 1"
- 18 large S hooks
