In 2023, our RONA, Réno-Dépôt, and Lowe’s stores across the country will begin a new journey under the umbrella of a strong Canadian brand – founded in Québec – that has been serving customers for over 80 years. The new RONA corporate entity will be managed in Canada by Canadians, from our head office in Boucherville. Our 10,000 Québec employees will continue to serve you day after day.
Lowe's stores located in the rest of Canada will eventually be converted to the RONA banner. In Québec, no changes are planned. Our stores are open and our commitment to offering you the best products, with the best value and service is stronger than ever. We will be continuing to:
• Carry the national and private brands you love
• Honour our service agreements and warranties
• Honour our gift cards
• Offer financing and protection plans
• Fill and deliver your online orders
• Offer all the advantages of our VIPpro program
