The narrow door swing on this KitchenAid French-door refrigerator makes it a great choice for smaller kitchens that normally only accommodate top-freezer refrigerators. We need a fridge to fit a 33 inch wide space. Your specs on this item show the width as 32.625 inches which would be perfect. However, the KitchenAid web site shows the width as 35-3/4 inches. I presume KitchenAid specs are correct?

It is fairly noisy compared to our old unit from LG. The doors don’t close without a fair amount of force, and unless they are all the way open the alarm does not sound. The drawers are terrible, produce drawers don’t slide well at all. The freezer drawer has the same issue. Very cheap feel and function for a high valued name brand. Definitely does not match expectations.

Not sure why I bought another other than it fits. I don’t like the French doors. I prefer one large door as they always close properly.

Compressor and starter relay goes out less than 30 days of use. What’s worse. No technicians will touch the new refrigerant and replace parts. So prepeare 45-60 minute wait to talk to someone that wants to help but can’t. Needless to say I’m getting a new fridge shipped to me but the whole process will take around 5-6 weeks to get a fridge again. It’s a great experience so far having 6 in my household.

The only reason it is not a 5 star for me is that it is the same measurement at my last refrigerator but it is not as roomy inside.
