Rated 1 out of 5 by mo2943 from Looks Great, Received a Defective Unit We ordered this model because our kitchen has some tight space and this was a perfect fit. We just had it delivered yesterday and honestly we were at first very happy to have it. It fit perfectly and looks great in our kitchen. Now the issue. After running it for a while yesterday we noticed the freezer did not seem to work - items were thawing out. It only got worse after running it longer, and everything in our freezer has thawed. We also noticed the refrigerator itself cannot get below 52 degrees F despite it running for over a day. So we will be losing our groceries and need to figure out next steps to get this fixed or replaced.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Allan from GUNSHOTS IN THE HOUSE My Wife and I are seniors, Children are gone. We have had our Frigidaire Stainless Bottom Freezer for about five years. The Ice maker leaks water, part of temperature display is out, it sounds like ocean waves and frequently emits VERY loud GUNSHOT sounds which are loud enough to startle us. Repair people say that this is normal, that it is the insulation expanding and contracting. My wife has always wanted a bottom freezer but now she wants to get rid of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted a counter-depth fridge that would fit under our cabinet, and this was one of two choices; this one won. Three things I miss are the extra drawer for cold cuts and cheese (a huge oversight), no light in the freezer, and the doors do not automatically close. We are learning how to close French doors as sometimes the left one has an issue not closing correctly. IAlso, the beep does not come on after five mins with the fridge left open, but will call the appliance company and see about getting that fixed. All this being said, we do love how it fits, takes up less of the kitchen, and looks lovely.

The inside is spacious enough, the doors hold a couple gallons of milk/ juice along with other bottles in different sizes & heights . I find it easy to find the items that often got lost in my last fridge !

Rated 5 out of 5 by cdw67401 from New Frigidaire replaces older Frigidaire [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 14-year old top-freezer Frigidaire with this model and really like the upgrade. Frigidaire was the only company to offer a bottom-freezer drawer, counter-depth model to fit in my 32" wide space. I wanted a counter-depth because of a cabinet above the refrigerator. I missed the deli/meat drawer of my old Frigidaire so I found a universal drawer online and installed it myself that works like a charm! I also purchased a Frigidaire range that sits opposite the fridge. I am a very happy camper with my new Frigidaires!

There is no other counter depth refrigerator that offers a French Door configuration with a pull out bottom freezer, that also had the width to fit our space. After a month of use we’ve been very happy with the performance; not too noisy and enough flexibility to arrange the shelves and door bins to suit our needs. The quiet ice maker does not sacrifice freezer space due to it’s compact design. If you have a limited space, don’t let that limit you’re expectations, this model is a great option.

Rated 2 out of 5 by not deaf follow up from not deaf - follow up [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working from home at the kitchen table I made notes of on and off times. It is ON for 1 hour straight, then OFF for 20 minutes, so is making noise 75% of the time. If this does not sound bad remember that it is running 18 hours a day! I like silence and this is not good. Refrigerators should have minimum duty cycle on spec sheet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Liz5904 from So far so good I purchased this particular model because I have a small kitchen and needed a fridge that would fit into the space between cabinets. This one fits fine but sticks out further than I expected for a counter depth fridge. As for the inside, there is no drawer for lunch meats, cheeses, etc., but rather 2 produce drawers which together provide about the same amount of space as my previous fridge so they are both full. I had to add a metal basket to hold the meats which is annoying. Another design flaw is no light in the freezer. Otherwise it seems to work just fine and is roomy enough for my needs.
