And while the plug does indeed connect, the screw holes do not line up and there’s no way to attach the ice maker. Then I read in the owners manual “does not work with S/S models”. Does that mean side by side? If it does, why would you have the connectors and water line and brackets but yet no ability to connect anything to them?

But after about 6 months, it quit filling with water and then when it did, filled with water, wouldn't dump, and then refilled with water. I am left with frozen water in the bucket and frozen ice cubes that won't dump. This product was installed by the deliverer.

As heavy ice water drinkers this was able to keep up with our consumption with no problem. Our personal door ice maker struggled and often failed. This is a work horse!! Eleven stars ⭐️
