Poor mounting design
The concept of this hook system is good, but the execution is poor. Given a 20 inch rack one would expect the keyhole slots for mounting the rack to be spaced 16 inches apart to line up with wall studs, but the spacing is only 12". The plastic anchors provided with the rack are a bad option as these work loose over the time with use. Additionally some of the hooks are difficult to extend. It would have been simple to design a finger hold to provide better access to the hooks. The last issue is the wood behind the hooks is not smooth giving it an unfinished appearance.

So good I came back for more
We bought our first one last Spring- it looked classy on the wall when not in use. But this winter it became clear how invaluable these are- with so many winter coats etc we were hanging it became clear that we needed more than 5 hooks- ended up getting 2 more, so now each family member had their own. Again, when not filled up with winter coats, ski jackets etc they will add class to the walls they are hung on, and when the weather changes they prove to be sturdy additions to the mudroom

So Strong
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Flip 5 Wall Mounted Hook from UMBRA. I hung it in my walk in closet and it looks great. I am impressed at how strong and sturdy it is. I am using it for my handbags. I love that it came it everything you need to install it. No looking for the right size screws. It came with the screws. All you need is a drill and in a few minutes it's up and looks great. The finish is so attractive. A nice looking oak wood. Highly recommend!

Memories of a younger man.
My kids keep dumping their jackets on the floor so I remembered back when I was a bachelor with a cool home to myself and I had an Umbra hanger just like this. The girls who would show up would hang their clothes on this. So I bought it again for family life.

Great for small spaces
I have limited floor space so was looking for something to fit a narrow wall. This works perfectly! It is very cute and does the job well.

Simple and stylish
This is the second wall mounted hook I’ve bought, as it is simple, stylish and different from the usual hooks. The only thing is that from the description and picture on the website (and previous hook I bought), I thought it was whitewashed wood, but it turned out it is glossy composite. It’s still ok, but not exactly as described.

Perfect coat hanger
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful piece. I love the wood look and the hooks are so easy to flip open to use it back to close. The hooks lay completely flat with the wiid when closed. It's very well made, and easy to hang. I have 5 coats on it and they hang beautifully off it. My only complaint would be when I hang coats on it I cant see it.

Mud Room Hook
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw these and had bags and jackets in our laundry room in mind. They work great! It was an easy install and they are very slim, the hooks retract (if you have kids), and are very strong. I'm impressed with the quality and would recommend to a friend.
