The adjustable heat tent measures from 10 to 18 inches and works on tube or bar burners. It should work with most Char-Broil bbqs.

Fit a Charbroil 463724511?
This should fit that product as it is adjustable length wise. However. Depending on width of it you may need 3 or 4 of them.

Will this fit a Char Broil Model # 463211512?
Not sure about that model. However I used these on a Backyard Grill brand and they worked great. Gave me better heat than the originals I replaced. I would say that as long as you have parallel heaters (not one piece), and they are not longer than the adjustable length of the tents, you should be fine.

Original Pieces Made to Wear Out
The replacement heat plate looked and worked great. I only think it's a shame, that the original parts only lasted three years. Everything is built to either wear out or break early in order to force consumers to buy replacement parts. I hope these last longer than the originals.

Works well, good value
Works great as a replacement for the worn-out Charbroil flametamers 80000274 used on my grill even though the hole pattern is different. Costs a fraction of the price.

Great value for the low cost
I purchased a home last summer and inherited the grill with it. I don't know how old it was but the heat shields were in rough shape, all rusted out and on their last leg. In fact, when I opened the grill up again in the spring, they had collapsed into a heap of rusted metal.
I thought to myself, why would I buy an all new unit when I have a perfectly functioning grill and can likely just replace this part? That is when I started to research what I could do in order to have the grill in tip top shape again. I purchased just one of these as a tester and had it put together in about 3 minutes after a quick measure. It was super easy to not only use the nuts/bolts to have it sturdily in place but to also place back into the grill itself. It just rests there but the size I chose fit perfectly snug.
There were more expensive models in the store but I'd highly recommend this one since they are such a throwaway part to begin with, I hope to get a good 3+ years out of them before they may start to break down again, easily worth the few bucks.

These saved our grill
Our grill is getting older, but the burners themselves and the rest of the grill is still in great working order, just the heat plates were wearing out. These heat plates have saved us from having to try to track down an exact match for our older grill or worse yet, buy a new grill. The adjustable length works wonderfully.

Bang for the buck.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my heat tents with these porcelain adjustable plates without any trouble and my grill is same as new. Impressed with the quality for the price compared to other brand heat plates.

You get what you pay for
Easily the most affordable shield, but you get what you pay for. Lasted one season and is falling apart; paint is all peeling off and is rusting through (holes). Save yourself from this....just buy a stainless steel one.
