Not that I was looking for
The swivel connection doesn't work properly. It was weak.When I sit on the chair and lean back it was pivoting and top portion touches the bottom portion. This kind of swivel is good for chairs without a backrest.
On top of the footrest there is a rounded piece of steel which I think it wasn't necessary since this chair is not designed for commercial use. Even if the designer wants to put that piece of steel the finishes should be better than that. The available pictures doesn't clearly shows that piece of steel and it was a no no to me when I saw them on the footrest.
The packaging was poor and I received two of the chairs with a few dents

Had this for a few weeks now. Not overly impressed with the alignment of the drawers but I have been to I'm picky. A few parts appear to have been used already and a couple pieces were stripped and scratched. The one handle wasn't tapped deep enough for the screw and I was missing a bolt. I had to contact the company via email with photos and a copy of the receipt. they quickly sent the items via UPS. The price was very good at just over $200 on sale, but the quality control at their factory is lacking. I don't think I 'd purchase from this company again.

Look great!
We bought 4 of these stools a few weeks ago. They came packaged very well, and my husband said it was the easiest assembly job he's ever done. They seem to be decent quality. The seats are quite padded, so they're very comfortable. Happy so far!

where do i start. instructions are brutal. bolts package was sealed but missing 3 keys bolts. had to go to hardware store and basically guess what bolts and sizes i needed. once mounted on wall tv will not tighten up enuf to appear horizontal due to flimsy construction and poor workmanship. big huge pile of junk this thing is. not even worth 20 bucks to be honest. only reason I'm not returning is because I don't want my room torn apart waiting for another. this is dollar store quality.

Initially goody, but not in the long run
We bought 4 of these chairs 2 years ago and now we need to get new bar stools as the synthetic leather is all flaking off, the top silver rim is all peeling from rubbing under the counter top. Also, after only a month or 2 of use, the black piece in the stand keeps falling out of place so that the hydraulic scrapes when you adjust the height, which feels and sounds awful. I did really like them for the first few months, but they don't live up to daily wear and tear.

We love it. We bought it in December 2016.
It looks just like the picture or better. It arrive just like we were promised. There was no damaged or missing pieces very, well packaged. It took about 40 minutes to put together and it looks beautiful it was the perfect piece of furniture. Extremely with our choice. We would definitely buy from Lowe'so on line store again. We have received many compliments on this item.
