Cette table de cuisson professionnelle 36" de marque Whirpool(MC) vous offre l'espace et la polyvalence nécessaire pour préparer de nombreux plats de tous les jours. Les grilles en fonte continues avec conception à charnières EZ-2-Lift vous permettent de soulever les grilles sans les retirer, vous donnant rapidement accès aux dégâts. Les bords surélevés SpillGuard(MC) empêchent les dégâts liquides de se déverser à l'extérieur de la surface de cuisson. Pour un nettoyage encore plus en profondeur, vous pouvez mettre les grilles au lave-vaisselle. Le brûleur SpeedHeat(MC) génère des températures assez élevées pour rapidement porter l'eau à ébullition ou préparer des sautés, alors que le brûleur AccuSimmer(MD) avec fonction de réduction de la puissance procure un meilleur contrôle à basses températures, idéal pour le mijotage des sauces. Limitez le nettoyage avec des brûleurs scellés qui empêchent les aliments de tomber à l'intérieur. Pour une plus grande polyvalence, vous pouvez installer cette table de cuisson à proximité d'un four mural ou bien séparément. Garantie limitée d'un (1) an sur les pièces et la main-d'oeuvre.

what are the dimensions of the counter cut out?
Hi Mariona, recommended cut out dimensions for WCG55US6HB are as follows; 34⁵⁄₁₆" (87.0 cm) wide and 19¹⁄₂" (49.5 cm) deep. Please be sure to follow the detailed dimensions (distances from the side and back wall and countertop dimension) for installation outlined in the installation guide for an accurate and safe installation. First time gas cooktop user
This came with our new house, and everyone raves about gas so I was excited to use it. I have been cooking on a ceramic smooth cooktop pretty much my whole life. Everyone thinks gas is so much faster, but I haven't felt that way yet. Even on the rapid boil middle burner, it still takes 15 minutes or so to boil a pot of water for pasta. I guess my ceramic cooktops had been far superior to other cheap electric stoves. I just expected it to cook things faster like I'd been hearing for years.

Sleek design, works great
This unit came with the builders appliance package. It was the modern look we wanted. It works great with even flame on all the burners. The one drawback to this design is the stainless steel drip area under the grates scratches very, very easily. When we moved in we noticed it had large scratches that occurred during the installation/cleanup. The builder also warned us that it scratches very easily but agreed to replace it. Why design a finish that scratches easily for an area that requires regular cleaning after use? Good design must include not only aesthetics but functionality and ease of use. Extremely poor design
This was installed in our brand new home. The first time my wife used this product the heat completely melted the knobs. We are extremely lucky she noticed it before she tried to turn the knob off with her hand. She could have been badly burned. The safety team acted like it was operator error! Gas cook top 5 burner
After having glass cooktop for over 20 years I've been cooking for over 45 years happy to be able to cook with gas. Happy I don't have the expense of buying glass cooktop cleaner and Really having to Scrub Scrub Scrub to get the glass clean. And much better to use regular pots and pans on Gass cooktop. Easy to clean with stainless steel spray cleaner 1,2,3,Done! Saving lots of money not having to buy glass cooktop cleaner! Gas does cook faster also.My sister is also switching to same gas cooktop as me we both built new homes! Gas is the way to go! Love it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great product for a great price
We bought this cooktop to replace another Whirlpool cooktop that came with the house when we purchased it. The existing cooktop worked and there were no issues with it other than it had some scratches and I wanted it to look new. I love the easy to lift grates as this makes cleaning the cooktop so easy. I also like the center burner and how it is placed in the center versus being more towards the back in the old one. Whirlpool makes great products that last and you definitely get what you pay for. The look and feel of quality
This cooktop was a replacement for an older unit that finally failed. The opening left from the previous unit exceeded the maximum cutout specifications for this new unit so I modified the opening as needed with custom cutting of tile to fit the need. The heavy duty iron grates have a real solid feel to them but lift easily out of the way plus the completely sealed burners should make for easy care and cleaning. The various sizes and heating capabilities of the 5 burners are varied enough to satisfy almost any cooking need. Our system uses LP gas so the LP conversion kit that comes with the unit (regulator and orifices) had to be installed. No adjustments or fine tuning of the flame controls were necessary. Has the look and feel of quality I guess is the best way to describe my impression of this Whirlpool appliance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I’m Cooking with Gas!!
My husband and I moved into our new home about a month ago. When choosing our appliances, we had the option to pick gas or electric (smooth top). I grew up using a gas stove, which was over 45 years ago, and have been cooking on a smooth top electric stove since then. I was ready for a change, so I decided on the gas stove cooktop and I am so glad I did! I’ve been using it for a little more than a month. I love how the cast iron grates are hinged for easy cleanup. I also found that using gas cooks food faster than electric and preheats my cookware faster. One of the best things I really like about my new gas stove is its classic looks.
