Are you intending to re-stock this product before next Christmas? Pretty absurd would not have sufficient nos. as sold out everywhere to match the no. of systems in your inventory
I had one last year, and bought a whole bunch of the lights on clearance post xmas 2019, as result I had to purchase 2 extra hubs this Christmas - which were only available online. The set up never synced, half would do one thing, the other half something else. I wouldn't recommend wasting money on any more of their products, they're trash.

Works w/hub & wifi after not following weak instru
I too was wondering if i would ever get this going...after about 20 min of resetting the hub...trying to connect to my wifi...it just clicked for me after reading the detailed instructions of one user that called the customer service and he listed the more detailed instructions. If i hadnt read that i would have taken everything back...but after a few minutes...it worked great! Would be a 5 but the instructions provided didnt really explain what buttons did what or show what was what...that made me frustrated..the instructions for each item was not detailed or have trouble shooting steps to follow. Needs Improvement
First, I have a possible solution for the not connecting issue. The other review with instructions did not work for me on ios or android. If you have a wifi network with no password, use that. The nice thing was I can leave that wifi network after starting the show and it will still run.
Second, I would say the product implies you can create your own light show with it beyond the preset ones. I like the preset ones, but I thought I could use my own music and coordinate the lights to it, this is not the case.
If you manage to get it to work and don't mind the presets, I think it is a good product though. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Hub fails daily.
I have no problem setting up the system, following the Gemmy instructions, however I have never had the system operate automatically on it's timer for more than 2 days. Mostly it fails when I try to change a light show preset setting. I have 10 devices attached, and randomly I will discover a rogue string of lights, or a string of candy canes doing its own thing. Hub is only 20 feet from furthest string but looses the device from it's list. Some days the timer don't operate, and I discover it is reset to it's 5 to 9pm default. Always have a searching hub failure when opening app. No music sync to lights if I use my own music. Lights are great, the hub sucks! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Patience Pays Off
This is one of those products that you need to read all of the instructions first before starting with step #1. You might have to be patient while waiting the hub and the lights to connect, depending on your internet and phone connection speeds. But once it connects, it is simple to operate through the free phone app that provides a lot of variety to any of the accompanying products it controls. The sleep timer and customizable light colors are my favorite settings in the app! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

!!!!AMAZING!!!!
This is a GREAT way to take your light displays up another level!!!! Follow the easy setup instructions and you will have the hub set up in minutes. Basically, you link the hub to your cell phone (very detailed illustrations are given in the easy setup guide). Once your phone is connected to the hub you can control the light color, effects, preset music…Endless color and combinations!!! BEST OF ALL, you can play your own music from your phone and watch the Orchestra of Lights dance with you and your favorite Michael Bolton songs.... or maybe its Kris Kross, regardless Orchestra of Lights will enjoy it with you!!!!!!!! Controls it all
As stated in a previous review, this does not connect to Bluetooth. It is a controlling hub, it connects to your Wifi. The light sets automatically connect to the hub when all is plugged in. The hub allows you to control your lights from your cell phone app. Easy to setup. Cant wait til Christmas light season to put it all up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Orchestra of Lights Hub
Solution for connecting the hub!!! Ok, I'd like to start off with, like most of you this was a huge pain in the butt to get it to connect. I had the same issues for hours, kept resetting the hub, uninstalling the app, it would not connect to my wifi through the hub and I couldn't get the solid blue light!!! I have many of these hubs as I bought numerous of lights and none would work!!! Finally on my last straw, because it was after hours when I would attempt, I finally reached out to Gemmys customer service....bingo it worked!!! They gave the complete step by step instructions and were detailed about the process...if you have an apple do not go back to connect with your wifi, you need to do it on the app....
if you are having issues call Gemmy or follow these instuctions...
1. Uninstall or delete the app
2. Reset your hub (press and hold the reset button until the red and blue lights are on)
3. Reinstall the Orchestra of Lights app
4. Go to your wifi and connect to the Orchestra of lights wifi (you need to wait until you are connected to the wifi to go to the app, this could be a minute)
5. After you are connected to the Orchestra of lights wifi, go to the app and upen up the app and hit set up
6. It will ask you to connect to the Orchestra of lights wifi (just hit ok, as you are already connected to the wifi)
7. Next a new screen will pop up asking you to connect to your home wifi, DO NOT leave this screen and connect to your wifi!!!! Just hit ok....this will bring you to another screen
8. Screen will pop up asking you which wifi you would like to connect to, hit your home, enter in your wifi password and hit ok
9. Wait for the blue light to go solid on your hub (should be anywhere from 30 secs to a minute)
Customer service was amazing!!! My error was when it popped up to connect to your wifi, I was going back to settings on my phone to connect. If you follow this step by step you should have no issues!! If you do reach out to Gemmy's customer service, they were amazing, I like to double state that because it's hard to find!!! A little messy, but worth it
I bought the product without reading the reviews. If I had, I might have passed and missed out on the fun. Be patient, load the app, and carefully read the setup instructions. You will need to access your home network and your hub through your phone. Mine worked when i got the sequence right. Good luck have fun.
