Hard to understand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer about 12 days and find it rather difficult to understand the hows and whys. The instruction manual is quite vague as far as how to operate this piece of laundry equipment. I understand how to turn it on but have great difficulty getting it to change temperatures and times. Other than that, which is a major defect in my opinion, this dryer holds plenty and does a good job. I just wish the developers took more time in explaining how to operate this dryer in their thick manual. If the directions were better I would gladly give this a better star rating.

Very Nice!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it a handful of times so far but I am very happy with its performance.
It is quiet, efficient and I love the little tune it plays at the end of the cycle. The reversible door helped in my situation. My only minor complaint is with the touch-pad window where you select drying time, etc. I don't have a pedestal for my dryer, so I have to bend down too low for a tall guy to comfortably read it and make a selection. Also, it is too difficult to read this display unless you have a bright light shining in its direction. Other than that, it's great!

Reliable, Lots of Good Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer to replace another LG dryer that had lasted for 10, with heavy use. It has lots of settings - probably more than I will ever need. So far it works well, seems to use the correct temperature and time automatically. I tend to forget that I have clothes in the dryer, and this one tumbles the clothes occasionally to keep them from wrinkling, or getting damp from sitting in the basement laundry room.

Great for he money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer about a month ago and really like it. I had two previous Electrolux natural gas dryers, my last one burned everything polyester and I said I would never buy another one. I really like this LG natural gas dryer. I was a little gun shy of drying polyesters at first but have not had any problems with it at all. The pre sets on this are easy and I have not had to re-dry anything. The door seems a little hard to open and there is not a light when ajar which almost changed my mind on getting it, but reviews were good and I am fine without the light. This is my first LG product and I hope in a year from now I still have good reviews to report.

Generally very good
I live that this dryer dries my clothes so quickly and they don’t get over heated. My only criticism is that I have things that are lined or have a heavy rib cuff that don’t get dried all the way. I keep trying to put those things back in for 20 minutes to finish drying but the dryer cuts off after a minute or two. There must be a way around this but I can’t figure out what it is. If I can figure that out, I’d probably change my rating to 5 stars.

Love the WiFi Capability
Although normal setting runs the full gamut of time, the less dry seems to work better at sensor drying taking half the amount of time. And truly sensor drying. Love the new wifi where I can do many things from my phone.
