False alerts annoying
This refrigerator is a very good piece. Its space well designed. It looks great and works great.
Purchased this item a year ago. My kids loved it to play on it and see calendar items. I play youtube on it to see some cooking lessons. All is well until few weeks ago. It started giving false alarm as door is opened. There is nothing wrong with the door. Checked it thoroughly and found nothing with the door. Looks like some sensors not working properly. Now these false alarms started annoying on my phone, on the refrigerator and even sounds scared our cat!
There is no option that I can set to ignore these false alarms. Only option is to turn off the smart system. That is not acceptable!

Temperature control failure-flex Zone-Failure
The controller of Temperature of the Freezer failed in 9 months. The Flex Zone freezer failed with the food thawing. The center panel separating the left freeze and the right freezer was actually hot to the Touch. I will never buy Samsung again. I will never recommend this to a friend. I doubt if this review will even be published by Samsung.

Horrible Ice Maker
I have a different model but same ice maker compartment. Most of the Samsung on this category where ice maker is on the fridge section are built in the same design. Ice make literally clog in 30-40 day. I need to unplug the fridge and de-ice so it can work again. Ice bucket is so small that cube just stuck in there. I lower the fridge temperature but it didn't help. No help from Samsung itself(called and they don't know how to fix it except un-plug and de-ice).
If you are not going to use the ice maker than it is a good fridge. But why spend money on ice maker when not using.
Next time, when I buy a fridge, I will make sure that ice bucket is big. De-icing every month is a hassle and I didn't spend all this money to get this garbage.

Nice but....
Purchased this in Oct 2018 and now its March 2019 (5 mths later) and having trouble with the ice maker freezing up. This will be my 2nd repair.

Glad I got it on sale! Otherwise...
So the Pandora music feature is our favorite and really the only thing that works well on the hub. Everything else is slow or just doesnt work. I thought tv mirroring would be awesome but you have to have a samsung tv.
There is not very much room for tall drinks, milk jugs, o.j. etc Its annoying.
But it does keep the food cold and fresher longer. So if thats all you really care about save a couple grand and skip the hub feature

Features are top notch, the Family Hub is average
The four doors are excellent. The build quality is very good. The flexibility of the system is nice and the refrigerator features outstanding. The only issue our family has with the refrigerator, which prevents it from being a 5 star choice, is the Samsung Family Hub. Samsung requires you to use their internet app, their assistant, and limits apps on the refrigerator. We the hub to be nice but it's not functional or could be more functional. We use it sparingly but the refrigerator is nice. Our advice, buy the four door unit but not the big screen computer version.

Love my samsung kitchen
I am in love!!! I've had my refrigerator for a few weeks now and can't imagine my life with out it. We are a samsung family from our phones to tv to appliances and are so happy with everything . Everything syncs with everything and we couldn't be happier

1 cup of ice per day....
Terrible application for family hub and the Ring app only work 20% of the time. Biggest thing...... ICE..... TERRIBLE ICE production.
