Effective lock, no tools needed
I have been using these locks for about two years on the baby's changing table. There are two doors on the changing table: the left door swings to the left when opened and the right door is a slide-out hamper. The doors have small round knobs spaced close together when both doors are closed. This lock effectively keeps the doors closed and our little ones have not figured them out.
The lock is durable enough for its purpose. It has been bent to pretty steep angles yet has not broken. It is very easy to use and installs without tools. For the price it does its job well.
The lock would be ineffective if the knobs were larger as the lock is not adjustable for large knobs. If would also be ineffective if the knobs were too far apart.

Easy to Use and Effective!
I am using these slide locks on my "under the sink" cabinets in my kitchen and in my bathroom. I like that they are strong and durable without being overly bulky. I have a 2 year boy so having more peace of mind about him being unable to access spray cleaners, etc that are typically kept under the sinks is a great feeling. I would certainly recommend these and would buy them if I needed more. Note: My bathroom cabinet knobs were smaller than my kitchen knobs. At first I thought that the slide lock wasn't going to work for them, but once I adjusted it tighter I realized it would work just fine. (If I find my older kids end up not placing the slide lock right where it needs to be then I will just replace the small knobs with bigger ones so that it is easier for them to use, since I am only trying to keep the 2 year old out.) Works but only with certain knobs
I wasn't able to use this in my kitchen as my cabinet knobs we're spaced just a little to far apart. I tried it with my bathroom cabinets and it worked, but it wasn't about to get tight enough of the knobs and my toddler was able to wiggle it free. This product would be better if it was just a little longer to accommodate larger cupboard knob distance as was as being able to tighten better on fancier knobs. It would work better on a simpler knob and it's hard for even a preschooler to unlatch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

really good locks
This lock works really well for our cabinets under the kitchen sink. My 18 month old son loves to run into the kitchen and pull open the cabinets, so this works really well to keep the cleaning products out of his reach. Easy to open and close and they are secure. The only cabinet lock
This is really the only cabinet lock out there worth getting. When I received my sample, I noticed that it's exactly the same as the other cabinet locks I'd already purchased. It is easy to use, effective, and really the simplest solution for keeping cabinet shut (as long as they have knobs or handles). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Amazing
I had never tried products for children's safety. Because of its construction, I thought they were weak. I was surprised how resistant are Safety 1st, Cabinet Slide Lock (2pk) even when children play around with them. Several mothers had them recommended, now I am the one that I recommend. Loved it!!
My twins are always getting into things. I have tried different kinds of locks before but they seem to always know how to unlock it somehow.
