Description
Ce robinet de cuisine Kiran de Moen, en acier inoxydable, résiste aux taches de doigts et d'eau, pour une cuisine d'apparence plus propre. Son système Reflex(MD) permet une utilisation simple, une facilité de mouvement et un support fixe du bec de pulvérisation. Very Nice Faucet!
Directions were relatively easy to follow for installation. The only thing we had a problem with was the bracket that holds it in place underneath the sink was too big for my particular sink so we had to cut the ends off. It was no big deal just took an extra 5 minutes. I would have preferred a magnet to hold the sprayer in place but the weight that was included is good enough for now. I don't use a sprayer all the much so I'm hoping it won't sag as some have stated in other reviews for the pull-down sprayer. I really like the looks of this faucet. I actually went in to purchase a different one but saw this one and knew it would match the design of my sink. Being a MOEN I knew it would last since my last one was a MOEN. I am very happy with the looks and ease of use.

No regrets
This faucet is beautiful and works very well. We love how seamlessly it switches between the normal mode and the jet spray. We were thinking about getting the motion sense faucet, but really, this one is just as beautiful and functional, just less expensive. There are only two issues... First, the soap dispenser is not metal, but plastic. This isn't a huge deal, but I can see it breaking pretty easily over time. Certainly not a reason to pass on this faucet. Second, the retracting feature does not pull the hose back in very well. I think the issue is the weight that is inluded is not heavy enough. You can adjust the placement of the weight, but I still find myself force feeding the hose back into the faucet. Again, not a big deal. Really happy with the purchase.

Needs Improvement
Either I have horrible water pressure or the sprayer is poorly designed. The spray is much too weak to be useful, and I did not have that problem with the old "stand-alone" sprayer I used to have. Also, you cannot set the unit to leave the sprayer on all the time--if you turn the water off, it reverts to a normal stream when you turn it back on.
The head is held in place by a weight, and it usually is just slightly out of place all the time. If I buy another faucet like this, I'll opt for the magnetic variety.
There is no indication which way is hot vs. cold.

Supply hose developed leaks
Purchased a few years ago. Initially was happy with it except that the flow rate was much slower than documented. Verified that water pressure in the home was more than adequate. Recently began to find water under the sink and discovered that a tear had formed in the supply line near the counter weight that enables the faucet head to return to its normal position. Have been satisfied with Moen products in the past but think this one was not well designed.

good looks... bad function
Very nice looking faucet. Super easy to install (I did it myself), but what a monumental disappointment in the functionality of this beauty.
1. On is on, no high pressure or low pressure. You can't get more water flow or stronger pressure out of it. The water basically falls out of the faucet due to gravity. You can't really blast food off the plate to make loading the dishwasher easier.
2. You can switch from spray to "aerated stream" and pause (what's the point of pause?) but it will default back to aerated stream when you turn it off...sooo annoying.
I'm going to have to return this just to end my misery. :-(

Everything works smoothly, and was an easy install. The one con is that it is California approved, which means it takes an awful long time to fill a pot of water!

Love it!
This faucet replaced a functional but stodgy pull out kitchen faucet. I wanted something contemporary with clean lines. We selected this over other stylish faucets because it seemed to have a more sturdy connection between the head and the tubing. It is like a ball hinge. It is well balanced, so it auto-retracts when I let go of the head. Initially I thought it might waggle and spray all over if I let go, but it retracts straight up with no swing to it. I like that the spray head is square as that adds uniqueness, and the size of the spray head is very comfortable to hold. Some of the other contemporary style faucets had small or short spray heads that you would have to hold with your fingers as opposed to your hand. This size gives you the option.
We did not install the soap dispenser so I cannot comment on that.

Great faucet
Love the look of this faucet. Spot resistant is great. My only complaint is that the water flow is low but I still purchase this faucet.
