Not as great as I expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the smart screen features, appearance, and the 3 door design of my new fridge, but I have had it a very short time and have already had problems getting bottom tray out to clean (finally went to YouTube for help) and now the ice machine isn't working. We noticed from the beginning that it dispensed ice sparingly and slowly, but now it isn't dispensing ice at all. While it may end up being a minor thing, it is a pain having to go to the online manual or look up YouTube on a brand new refrigerator. I'm hoping this isn't foreshadowing of problems to come. Other than that, I am pleased.

Ice seal issues
great fridge but seriously makes a mess. delivered with a damaged ice seal. ice gets crushed trying to come out and will fall when i open the fridge. always having to wipe water but i gave up and have decided to live with frequent ice puddles on my floor. shelves are awkwardly/badly designed to be too thin to hold much on the left door. love the built in speaker and ability to upload photos but the operating systems requires a separate app that just takes up space on my phone. only useful for uploading photos. wish the fridge was compatible with google or alexa. pretty useless.

Didn’t last long!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator on June 3rd and was so excited- had been waiting on my existing refrigerator to break so that I could purchase this Cadillac of fridges. The interior space is wonderful and the look fabulous. Unfortunately, it’s all about aesthetics. Seven weeks after the purchase the refrigerator started warming. The freezer defrosted and then the fridge quit cooking. After calling Samsung, I was given a repair date two weeks from call. So, now I have thrown away a refrigerator full of food and sit with a brand new broken and empty fridge, waiting on repair. A technician, who came to repair a cooktop, looked at it and determined the motherboard is running at too high a voltage and the sealed system is too hot. The components should be completely fried before the Samsung repairman, who is authorized to do the warranty work, gets to my house!

Who knew a fridge could be so much fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my Samsung refrigerator for a week, and the entire family is enjoying it. First off let me say that there is plenty of room for everything. I have a large family and I love to cook and this fridge has room to spare. The freezer is great too and I can keep everything organized and within reach, no digging through the freezer. The family hub is the favorite of the kids, we leave each other notes, mark important calendar dates, and share our favorite music. Pet pictures, kid photos, and doodles everything pinned on our home screen. This is a refrigerator and so much more.

Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot say enough good things about this fridge. I'm a tech savvy guy so I have been having alot of fun with this fridge. The sound quality and picture quality is awesome! I also like that when I'm at the grocery store I am able to look inside the fridge to see if I forgot anything on my list. The fridge itself is spacious and the freezer is spacious and well organized. The adjustable shelves allow us to easily organize the fridge with larger items and the LED lighting is an excellent feature that provides just the right amount of lighting without it being too bright. I also want to mention that this fridge can actually recognize what you keep in it on a regular basis. As example it recognizes that I keep soda in it, so every so often a message pops up and it will ask if I would like to add that item to my food list. It is super cool how that works out. My wife who constantly cleans loves it since it is fingerprint resistant meaning it stays clean esp since the kids are always in it. The only negativity that I can say is the ice maker is a little small but to me it's not that big of a deal since it will produce more ice rather quickly. I have been recommending it to alot of people and I know of 3 people now that have purchased one. I highly recommend!

Could be awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the fridge a little over two months ago. The apps available for the fridge are clunky and not user-friendly. It doesn't want to integrate with other apps and calendars easily - the digital features aren't intuitive at all. The voice recognition isn't very good and is also very clunky/unresponsive.
The camera in the fridge doesn't recognize food correctly and there is seemingly no way to correct it.
The physical fridge itself is nice and the layout makes sense as far as storage and flexibility. However ultimately, I feel like it had amazing potential but its just not quite there yet.

Some nice features but fails in the most important
I bought this fridge in March and got it delivered in April 2020.
Dec18th in the evening the compressor stopped working (error: 84 C) but I didn't get the error until the next morning.
A compressor that fails after 8 months???
Called customer service to have someone sent in to look at it.
The appointed repairman refused to look at it because I am too far.
Talked to a different Executive Customer Relations and because the fridge could not be repaired, he escalated the case with a recommendation for full refund.
Now let see how long I have to wait for the refund so that I can buy a new fridge (certainly not Samsung).
