we purchased this fridge in sept 2020 for our new home and absolutely loved the family hub features with the touchscreen and we listen to music most of our day and this was great until......2 monts later the screen started to be unresponsive and the reset button worked sometimes but now we cannot use the touchscreen at all after 2 months of owning this fridge, spent alot of money on this thing and its a brick that holds food. it does have a cool display but cannot use it at this time, we scheduled a service repair but will see how that goes. really hope this works out for us.

Love it but there are a few things that aren't so good... Ice maker works but doesn't produce a lot; there is no reset button so if the touch screen hub freezes you have to unplug/re-plug in. surprisingly a lot of room inside
we didn't want a big bulky refrigerator, so went with the counter depth style. we were surprised how much it holds. the all around cooling is great. produce seems to last longer than usual. nice feature is l.e.d. lighting. no bright bulbs in the middle of the night. very stylish with door handles built in. the smart hub is great, it can be customized to your needs. the only negative is the ice maker bin does not hold a lot. also, when the ice drops, it sounds like someone is knocking on the front door. Two Units in a row with thermometer issues
i'm genuinely confused by the 17 5 star reviews. i can only imagine they were written the day the unit arrived or i have a new, faulty batch of produced units. i have had two units with the exact same issue, the thermometer reading much colder than what the actual temperature. the first unit freezer made a strange clicking sound then the ice maker stopped working the first day. i chalked the thermometer reading in the first unit to the freezer being faulty. the second unit has the same issue. the thermometer reading says the freezer is -3 degrees/refrigerator 35. our two digital thermometers show a different story. (photos attached.)
also, the second unit was delivered with two stickers and the inside of the freezer had grease streaks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Favorite Refrigerator
This is my second Samsung Refrigerator with Touch Screen Family Hub. This one fits in between my kitchen cabinets just well. The counter-depth design saves me some space in my kitchen (not very spacious). Yes, the 22 cu. ft. volume is not a very pleasant fact. But it is enough for daily use of my 3-people family. My son enjoys doodling using the screen. And I can also play spotify while I am cooking. That is a very nice experience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love it!
I had read some reviews that suggested this fridge might be noisy, but it is incredibly quiet. The only time it makes noise is when we play Pandora on it, so cool! Did not realize it had quality speakers as well as screen! Surprised my wife with it and she loves the home hub features, something she would not splurge for herself. Not a single complaint from me, except that Bixby will not agree to be my girlfriend, lol. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Best side-by-side!
I bought this to replace my old french door style fridge. I hated the french door guide and always had kids break the guide plastic. I loved my previous side bu side and thought about going back to side by side. So far it’s prefect! I know french door talks about more space and such, but side by side has reach ability. Great Features
I brought this back in April of this year. This refrigerator is a beauty and all the many thing it does right from the door panel. I can list to music write a grocery list go through photos and even when the door bell ring it comes up on the fridge and I can see who it is and we can talk to one another but you have to have the ring door bell.
