Disappointing
I purchased this refrigerator approximately five weeks ago and I am not happy with it's performance. I had trouble regulating the temperture and had a authorized service representative come. The unit is located in an unheated space within the furnace room, he said the unit will not work well without heat, so I had my heating contractor open a duct and place a vent in that room to maintain heat and cooling in the space, the situation improved but is still not operating with even cooling between the freezer and refrigerator section. I had a two door refrigerator in that space for years without problems. I am not happy with this Whirlpool product.

Love my Whirlpool
The refrigerator I purchased is a little too deep for the space in my kitchen so it sticks out about 4 inches from the wall. I was going to exchange it for one that fits perfectly in the refrigerator space but after using it for a couple of weeks, I decided to keep it because it's easy to use. The bins on the side are not too wide and the bins in the interior slide smoothly which I love. Also the temperature controls are excellent because the vegetables are kept fresher longer than my previous fridge and the freezer temperature is just right; ice cream does not get rock hard. Overall for the price this is an excellent apartment size refrigerator.

bare bones white box
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to replace my old Whirlpool which was 22 years old, and still looked great, but it didn't cool any more. Unfortunately I was in a rush and hastily bought the same brand without comparing with other brands. So I am stuck with this white box that freezes almost everything, (very difficult to regulate temperature), has no extra features and has a smooth steel painted surface which I'm sure will not wear well at all. The handles too are painted steel and I'm sue they will show their use in a short time. I
I can't honestly say one good thing about it. Sorry I bought it.

Very very very very loud
It's an ok refrigerator, no bells and whistles, it just keeps food cold, but it's the loudest one I've ever heard. I'm a 60 year old man, so I've owned a few refrigerators in my day, and I know what they should sound like ... this one sounds like there's a Sherman tank circling in my kitchen for 20 minutes every hour or so. I'm sure Lowes will argue that this is just the way refrigerators sound, but no, I've heard refrigerators before, and I know what they should sound like, this one is ridiculous.

Very nice basic refridgerator
When I walked into my local hardware store, I explained that my fridge and freezer in my newly purchased home were both 63 degrees, with wild fluctuations in temperature (both fridge and freezer dropping to 0 Fahrenheit). I needed a dependable, reasonably priced stainless steel replacement. The hardware guy walked me right to this one, even talking me out of 2 more expensive ones, explaining the brand wasn't as dependable. So far, I've been really happy with this one. It runs quietly, the simple temperature knobs (cooler, recommended, and warmer temp -- no digital display) work just fine, and there is more than enough storage for me.

Exploding soda on the bottom shelf.
I wish I had seen the other reviews about the temperature control problems before I purchased this refrigerator. There are only three settings on the freezer, and three on the fridge, which makes it impossible to find a good balance. I have had the refrigerator for one Month, and have tried all the permutations several times over. Either things are freezing in the fridge, or the top shelf is too warm. When I called Westinghouse, they told me to move things at lease 1/2" away from the back of the fridge. I had been hoping my fridge was defective, now I find it's defective by design. I will never buy a Westinghouse product again.
I guess I need to put "Police line - do not cross" tape on my bottom shelf.

IF I HAD WANTED A FREEZER I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT ONE!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stupid thing freezes everything in it. Water, sodas, fruits and vegetables ..ALL end up frozen. Can't buy groceries due to loss. I have contacted for repair but have yet to see the repair guy. He is suppose to install a new temp control to fix it, we will see. Tired of all the bells and whistles I opted this time for a simple well designed, (I thought) refrigerator...I wish I had ran the other way. Have had this thing only 4 months and have yet to fill with groceries cause it all freezes...WHY would you make something this junky?? Read all the reviews and RUN

No complaints
I love this refrigerator: Good price, quick and fast delivery, perfect size. I love the spill-proof glass shelves and the glass drawer under the top shelf--you can slide the drawer side-to-side to fit your storage needs. The refrigerator does not make any loud noises--not even the icemaker. No complaints.. I love it!
