the following Whirlpool Part Numbers:
W10505928RP (7 ft [2.14 m] jacketed PEX),
8212547RP (5 ft [1.52 m] PEX), or

I have a whirlpool side by side , my grandson was visiting and pushed a lot of buttons and now I am not getting any ice . Can you tell me how to reset so ice will work again ... Thanks

Does it make crushed ice as well, or only cubed ice?
Hi Jojo963, this refrigerator makes both crushed and cubed ice. A great feature of WRS321SDHB is that it allows you to free up shelf space and get more flexibility using this in-door can caddy that holds either cans or bottles. Hope this helps, thank you for your question!

Needed repair work within the first two months
I bought the Whirlpool only because it fit in the slot with my cabinets. The rest of my appliances are GE and have always had no issue with them. Had this model for one month before the freezer stopped working while I was gone for the weekend and came back to a mess. I had to unplug it and plug it back in before it began working again. Then, the ice maker stopped as well as the refrigerator unit. After calling for repairs, was told the thermostat was faulty and new parts needed to be ordered. Now, its simply a large black box sitting in my kitchen with nothing more than storage till it's fixed. Won't be buying anything by Whirlpool again.

Looks can be deceiving
Has some great features, lighting, style, water and ice dispenser, makes a lot of ice. Now for the bad, noisy, and the worst of it all, unadjustable shelves. Try fitting a gallon milk, orange juice, 2 L soda bottle, cool aid container, coffee creamer, wine bottle into the door shelves. Had to remove one of the door shelves to hold tall items. Found that the freezer bottom had a crack when we pulled out the bottom drawer and the bins in the refrigerator had to be greased so they would actually open with one hand. What was whirlpool thinking when they design this? Originally didn't order this model, but the one we wanted was on back ordered, and they substituted this one instead. Poor quality control and most likely none.

Mysterious refrigerator
I have had this refrigerator for 10 months. It is very good at its ice and water functions and coldness controls There was a rack in the inside door that who only knows what its for. Only small bottles will fit in it. Is that for eggs? I actually spent time on the net trying to find out.
Then there are the lights that periodically come up on the front panel display. except NOWHERE in the manual is what these lights signify! So, each light is a trip to a refrigerator repair forum to find out what it means. All other Whirlpool models have a section in their user manual called "operating instructions" which explain the lights on their model.

Beautiful Fridge!
When I went to buy a fridge I had three main criteria - to be stainless steel, to have a water/ice dispenser and to fit in the limited space within my cupboards. All the new fridges were at least 4 inches too high. After much time online, I find this beauty. When they delivered it I prayed it would fit and oh my it did. Even though it is only a 21 cu. ft it feels much bigger. It has large shelves on the doors and runs deep. It has a beautiful smudgefree stainless steel finish so you never see marks. And it doesn't take long to make ice. I highly recommend this fridge (and avoid having to cut out your top cupboard!) (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

FAULTY ICE MAKE
The only con I have about this frig is the ice maker. The bucket to catch the ice is built in the door and from time to time the ice freezes & the bucket has to be taken out to dump ice, run warm water on frozen blocks caught inside the machanism. A pain in the butt!!! Eventually, after 3 years this frig stopped making ice and later stopping giving water thru the door. I really gave it a higher rating than it deserves, I think. The freezer area is not roomy at all & not enough shelves in the refrigerator body. Big as this appliance is on the outside, it is not so on the inside. But I do prefer Whirlpool products over all others. This refrigerator is just not my taste.

Bought this a week ago. Had it delivered and installed. Not as loud as I anticipated based on previous reviews. Would prefer shelves inside be movable. Also water dispenser is too far forward. If move glass before shuts off it misses the tray. The can holder on the door only holds 2-12oz cans not 3 as the picture depicts. Would have liked another shelf instead. Overall we are pleased with it so far. Shelves have plenty of room inside and on the door. The lighting is great. Very bright. Everything is working fine. Water and Ice dispensers very easy to do and I like being able to change temp settings without opening door. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I bought this refrigerator because my Samsung water line broke and could not be replaced. The repair man told me that he thought that Whirlpool was the best on the market. I was always a GE person but they do not make any refrigerator that would fit in the opening in my kitchen. It was to tall. Whirlpool was actually the only refrigerator besides Samsung that was the right height.. I also liked the fact that it was 33 inches wide instead of 36 it allowed for some room on the sides. I would have been happier if the freezer had more room and the refrigerator part had less room. The refrigerator is a little noisy but one can's have everything [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

One of the doors on the refrigerator (right side) does not seal properly. It is my understanding that a new one has been ordered and should arrive in short order. I believe because of this improper seal, the refrigerator runs almost constantly and the temperatures, even on the highest (warmest) setting, are still freezing food in some areas on the right side. The freezer seems to be working well, and the ice maker works just fine. Once the new door is installed, I will be happy to provide an updated review.
