Repair issues within 9 months!
Enjoyed the fridge until 9 months into it the circuit board goes back. Waited a couple days for service to arrive, then they order the board and get it installed only for it to fail within hours of them leaving. So, another call and order placed for circuit board and heating element. Estimated a day or so for parts to come in. Still waiting on heating element and now telling me two more days for first available appointment to install heating element (that is supposed to arrive today) and circuit board. That will be 2 days short of 2 weeks without a fridge. Not what I would expect from a somewhat high end "new" fridge.

Compressor Out After 16 Months
Bought this in June 2018 and the compressor went out. After doing some research online, I found several people with the same issue. LG is aware of this issue but when you call customer service they immediately tell you it is out of warranty. They have actually extended it 5 years due to the faulty compressor but will not tell customers. I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I am now 4 days without a refrigerator and I had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food. I am beyond angry at this point and will never buy another LG product again based not only on their bad product but their equally bad customer service.

I bought my 4 door French door refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. It is 28 cubic ft. I love my refrigerator. The only thing I was disappointed with is the shelves on your left door. The shelves are to narrow to fit any large bottles such as mayonnaise. So you have to store it on the wide top shelf on the left door so you can’t store juice etc. You have a bottom shelf on the right door where I can store my two gallons of milk. Other than that I love my frig. It produces a lot of ice and is very quiet. Thank you for letting me write a review of my beautiful LG 28cubic foot frig. Interior features
I have this refrigerator for less than 2 weeks & I have several issues with the interior design. Why are the friut & vegatable bins so wide, to access one bin you must open both doors. To access the meat & deli draw you must also open both doors. This defeats the purpose of having two door. Another issue is the doors. The door on the right which is the lighter door has an almost slowing action just before it closes. The left door which is the heaver of the two,slams shut causing the right door to open & sometimes does not close. This heavy door should have a better closing action. LG won’t replaced or refund you when have a Lemon.
I purchased this refrigerator in the end of October 2018. In December the ice & water dispensing started taking 5-10 secs before dispensing. Since January we have had to take off work 8-times for the repair man to work on it. For almost 6-months after they had been working on it the ice maker wasn’t working. After 5 repair visits for the same issue I requested a replacement. Then they made me the customer email them the service reports which is unacceptable since they setup who and when its serviced. Now my water & ice maker is working again but now the ice dispenser door isn’t closing all the way after dispensing ice (unit was replaced). I have ask them for a refund without any luck. Now after losing all these hours on the phone & leaving work early I still have problems. My suggestion to you is stay away from a company that won’t replace or refund you when you get a LEMON.

This is my second LG 4 Door French Refrigerator I loved my first one but when I sold it the new buyers wanted it in the deal. As soon as I got in my new home I purchased the LG kitchen suite with the same 4 door French Refrigerator that I had before. I have never had a better and quieter refrigerator and I have had several different brands before. The LG Refrigerator keeps foods fresher far longer than any other brand. The 2 bottom freezers are perfect for me I keep all my frozen juices and breakfast foods in the top and bigger items in the bottom. I would recommend this brand to anyone. Love lots of room
Finally upgraded my refrigerator. Love this open concept. So much easier to see items that you are looking for. Love the black stainless steel too! Can wait to upgrade the rest of kitchen appliance.
The ONLY concern I have, there need to be a tray to catch overflow of ice and water. Worrying that the ice will spill to the floor and someone could slip and fall. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love it- but it doesn’t seem to be cold enough?
I have had this refrigerator for almost two weeks, it’s beautiful, runs quietly, and I find the ice supply to be great unlike other reviewers. My only issue is that it doesn't seem to get cold enough. I waited the minimum 24-48 hours, I have checked the air flow, doors for leaks, leveling, all the items as directed in the service guide, and still its only hovering between 38 and 40 when set at 34. If set above 34 it hovers around 40-44. The temperature doesn't seem to recover quickly after door opening and I have filled it to some extent so that the air wasn't whooshing out every time the door was opened. How can I fix this?.
