I have this fridge. I bought it last summer, 2018. I bought it from Lowe’s Canada in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. I love it! It’s easy to clean. It works fantastically! The door can be mounted to open from either side (which we needed to be switched for our kitchen layout). The smooth finish on the door is shiny & easy to clean! I love it! Great price too!!

Does this model have the ability to change which side the door opens on?
Hi Haller57, WRB322DMBW offers a reversible door. You will find the directions on changing the direction of the door swing in the installation guide included in the packaging. I need a white fridge, bottom freezer with ice
Hi Cityworkee, WRB322DMBW comes with a built-in icemaker located in the freezer (no dispenser). A great feature of this refrigerator is Spillproof Glass Shelves allowing a simplified cleanup with shelves that help contain spills and prevent liquids from leaking below. Works great looks terrible
When we bought this fridge it was smooth except a dent at the top. They sent s new one and it was perfect. The stainless was smooth and flawless. I purchased it in 2015. Over time the stainless looks dented in in many place on the fridge door. The freezer is perfect. Neither Whirlpool or Lowes will do anything about it. I think the stainless is thin or something. My sister purchased a different brand around the same time and hers looks flawless. I won't ever purchase whirlpool again. I bought a stove at the same time and the knobs and burners are crooked. I'm glad I waited to review this product because I would have given it a 5 on day 1.

Great Quality, Questionable Ease
The refrigerator itself is great quality and well built. In order to get it into my home I had to remove the doors and I also swapped the handle to the left to the right. If you are not mechanically inclined or don't have an array of tools you'll be going back to Lowe's to get the tools to do this. I have never seen a product that had so many different types of screws and bolts. I needed a flat head screw driver, phillips screw driver, allen wrenches, torques drivers, and sockets just to swap the handle and swing of the door from one side to the other. Thankfully I had all the necessary tools. Other than that, great product!

So far, so good!
I've only had this refrigerator for a few weeks, but am already loving it. It replaced my old side-by-side which couldn't hold a pizza. For the first few days after installation however, the ice maker produced only about 5 slivers of ice. I tapped around at the connections for the ice maker and it began making ice--very sufficiently. While I do wish that the freezer was slightly larger in volume, it makes up for the size in the fact that you can add large items to the freezer that were not possible in an old side-by-side. The lighting is excellent, the shelves can be adjusted, and overall, it is a really great refrigerator! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love this Refrigerator but miss the butter keeper
I love this fridge! It has tons of space and I don't have to get on my hands and knees to find anything!! The only negative that I can find with it is the lack of a Butter shelf, but I can live with that. I replaced a whirlpool with a top freezer that was only 2 years old. My daughter needed a new refrigerator and so I took advantage of the chance to give her mine and buy a new one (the one have always wanted). My husband is a tall man, so he loves the fact that he can open the door and see everything without having to bend down and search for anything!!! It's well worth the price. I hope it lasts for a while.

Good Basic Refrigerator
If you want a frig without fancy features that could cause the frig not to work, this is it. Just plug it in and set the temp to use. But there are quality control issues (see photos), freezer door corners have air gaps (the metal edges did not meet correctly), section of edge of frig door had no paint; design issues (see photo), bottom drawers have not retaining clip such that the whole drawer can slide all the way out of the frig, the frig door has no stops to keep it from swinging all the way out unit it is parallel to the frig opening.
I had a Amana made by Maytag own by Whirlpool which did not have the same quality and design issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Best Fridge EVER!!
We first bought this fridge three years ago for a house we purchased. We loved it. There is a ton of room. It is easy to clean and keeps everything the perfect temperature. Being military we moved after two years and decided to leave the fridge for our renters. I live in base housing and made the management company come remove their junk fridge so I could purchase a second one of these. We love ours, and the renters love our first one. This is the only fridge I have come across that you don't have to sell a kidney for that can hold four gallons of milk in the door!!! It is not fancy, but it more than gets the job done. Sometimes simple IS better. Again, best money ever spent on an appliance.

Love, love, love it!!!
I replaced the fridge that was in my house when I bought it - it was 18 cu. ft. with a top freezer. Every time I had to reach into the fridge, I bumped my head. This refrigerator is amazing! The freezer is large and well laid out
with a shelf that pulls out. The refrigerator is large, well laid out and has a very bright led light. I had a Whirlpool side-by-side in my previous house and hated it because when there was a vacuum I couldn't open the door for at least 30 seconds or more. This is not the case with this unit. It is quiet. The smooth finish matches my new stove. I love it!! The delivery men had to remove the handles to get it through the kitchen door; they were extremely careful and courteous.

Questioning this purchase
September 4, 2017 I purchased this refrigerator when my previous 10 yr old Kenmore quit cooling. On October 26, 2017 I noticed a clicking sound coming from this model and about 12 hr later found the ice cubes melting and the refrigerator temp at 50 degrees. I was told by Lowes that Whirlpool would handle the problem and was forwarded to them. Now I have a probable service date of November 2-3rd. This sounds like a similar problem to what I had with our previous model. I think it is time they redesign the cooling system so it stays long running. I am very pleased with the design of this model and appreciate the veteran discount offered by Lowes.
