can i put it under a window on the wall just a tad under it ?? there is no drapes just a valance on top so if i happen to open the window by mistake ? will that be ok? as it is plug in ?
That’s not really a right place to install it. You need clearance around the unit and most importantly you need clearance to the top where the heat is blown up. I recommend you to choose another place for installation.

I would like to build it in stone wall on the deck which is a covered deck, could it be used outside. Thanks
I'm sure it could, I'm not sure it would be hot enough to warm up a room outdoors in the winter time. The heat also comes out of the top of the unit, so you wouldn't be able to insert it in the wall, you would have to mount it. Hope this helps!

Can this fireplace be installed flush mount set up also can it be hardwired to 220
This unit cannot be mounted flushed against a wall as it does need airflow to properly function. I do apologize.

What is the size for box which is gonna sit inside the wall?
This cannot be recessed into the wall and can only be hung into the wall. Thank you for your interest in our products.

I’d like to mount this onto a feature wall made from old pallet wood. Would that be a fire hazard?
Per the UL certifications, Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the top, sides and rear of the unit so we cannot advise to mount to a pallet wall. I do apologize.

Dancing flames get me every time
Purchased and had up for a couple of weeks now. It is a surface mount unit and cannot be recessed as vents on side and top.
Happy with the unit so far. Gives you two colour options being red or blue. Rolled glass rocks are a nice modern look for the unit and gotta say it really enhances the feel of the room. 2 heat setting that seems to work well but I haven’t used much.
Good unit for dollar and very easy to install. Will have to put some thought to hiding cord yet.

it looks cool
It makes you look at home, with this in your house you don't need too many or expensive furniture; all you need is flat screen television opposite it, with one cool center table and a small Capet. Your living room will be like "lets go home...."

Amazing unit
I bought this about 3 weeks ago and i LOVE this fireplace. Its farily heavy to mount but it looks sleek and is beautiful when its on. Can light up blue or red and makes my space super cozy. Very happy with my purchase!
