Le tracteur-tondeuse à rayon de braquage zéro EGO POWER+ Z6 de 52 po est une tondeuse RBZ comme il n/en existe aucune autre. Dotée de la technologie Peak Power(TM)+, elle combine la puissance de jusqu/à 6 piles EGO ARC Lithium(TM) de 56 V / la même technologie de pile qui alimente tous les produits EGO, ce qui en fait la première tondeuse à conducteur porté compatible avec la plateforme au monde. Conçue avec 5 moteurs indépendants sans balais pour produire une puissance de coupe et d/entraînement de 25 hp, équivalente à celle d/un moteur à essence. Fabriquée avec un châssis de 52 po en acier de calibre 10 et atteignant une vitesse maximale de 8 MPH, cette nouvelle tondeuse à RBZ vous permet de couvrir plus de terrain, plus rapidement. Coupe jusqu/à 4 hectares en une seule charge avec six piles ARC Lithium(TM) EGO de 12,0 Ah, 56 V incluses. Allez encore plus loin en ajoutant des piles pour tondre trois, quatre, cinq, ou autant d/hectares que nécessaire / contrairement à toute autre tondeuse à RBZ alimentée par des piles sur le marché. Le chargeur le plus rapide du secteur charge complètement 6 x 12,0 Ah en seulement 4 heures, soit jusqu/à 4 fois plus vite que les chargeurs de la concurrence. La suspension du siège réglable garantit une conduite en douceur. In other online reviews they mentions that this unit comes with mulching blades. I can't find any mention of that in the product description. Does it come with mulching blades. If not are they available?

What kind of warranty on the Batteries and Electric Motors?
Hi Truserv, good question. The tool itself has a five-year limited warranty for residential use. The batteries are eligible for the same warranty if registered within 90 days. The charger has a three-year limited warranty. Thank you for your question.

My Grasshopper! :)
This is my first zero turn mower. I used it 3 times before submitting my review. I Love this machine! I had a John Deer tractor for years that served us well, but the Ego beats it hands down. It's quite, fast and sturdy. The lawn looks beautiful and I don't have to go back to lawn sweep the piles of grass cuttings. I like how easy it is to turn on, get on and off to pick up debris, and it's Very comfortable! We have 2 acres with a lot of trees and obstacles. My 3rd mowing (after getting the hang of zero turn) left me with an ample 14% of power left. No more pouring gas or having to check the oil every time. I just push the button and I'm off!

Needs some tweaking
Overall a great product. Shipping container great for preventing damage, assembly straight forward, Loctite is used on all screws thus power tools are suggested for uncrating and assembly. The ZTR is stable on my hills and did a good job cutting my 1.5 acres. The seat adjustment to soft is appreciated as my back didn't take the beating it used to get cutting the grass. Interchangeable high capacity batteries were a huge plus in buying this mower, as was the fabricated deck and low profile design (rollover protection on my hills). After the first cut, my only disappointment was the battery usage of 77% (this may improve after break in), and the jitteriness of reverse (hoping on a firmware upgrade to resolve). Customizable performance and blade speed add a nice touch. It appears well built, but only time will tell on its durability.

Great Zero Turn
Great product. I waited for the 52” because it comes with 6 12ah batteries. I have 3 acres to mow with lots of trees. Cuts the whole property and still has 50% battery life. It actually Boggs less than the diesel tractor with a belly mower that I used before this. I can mow if people are asleep.
I would have given 5 stars but the only thing that I don’t like is where the height adjustment is located it is hard to see from the seat.
I would recommend for small or large properties. It would probably mow 5 acres before needing a charge.

Poor Run Time
I’d like to start by saying that I’m a huge fan of EGO products. I own the majority of their lineup, including a walk behind mower.
The 52” Z6 zero turn doesn’t get anywhere near their claimed run time. I understand the 4 acres and 120 minutes is under ideal conditions, which I don’t have. but I’ve talked to EGO customer service and all of the settings I’m using are appropriate to maximize run time (which results in poor cut quality). I’m only getting 60% of their claimed run time and am not able to get through 2.5 acres of dry grass while cutting off only 0.5 to 0.75 inches of grass.
The mower seems nice, other than the run time. Unfortunately that’s a pretty big problem for me for a product coming with a large price tag.

Good mower Rough ride
Nice mower. Cuts like a champ. Very rough ride
Battery life is reasonable but there is no way it will cut the advertised 4 acres. 2 acres maybe. Recharging is simple but 30 minutes to recharge a battery means 3 hours to recharge six batteries in the mower.

Product registration is a major league nuisance. Some amateur must have written the code. You have to have all the data when you start the process and if you have to stop and start over - you get to completely start over. The serial numbers are so small that you have to take a photo with your phone so you can enlarge the serial numbers. Registration requires eight serial numbers - mower, 6 batteries and the charger. Ego is building the mower, one would think they could do capture the data themselves.

Beyond expectations
i was blown away. I have about 4 acres of lawn that is very hilly. The lawn is thick and lush. This mower makes quick work of it and I have battery power left over (not much but it gets me back to charging station). It is nimble, fast and very responsive. I like it much better than my 52 inch ex-mark.

Switching to Electric
Overall very pleased with the purchase. I have mowed the yard 4 times with it. It is my first zero turn. Replaced a 2010 craftsman garden tractor. Love the quietness and quality of the EGO. Biggest reason for purchasing is that I hate small engine maintenance and repair... EGO solves that. Biggest concern was range. I have a 2.3 acre yard that is hilly with a lot of trees to go around. I can mow my entire yard on a charge but not a whole lot extra in the batteries in the end. The batteries charge quickly and I have nothing negative to say about the mower. I'm interested to see how the batteries perform season after season.

Huge Improvement over the Ryobi ZTR
This is seriously a well-built machine with plenty of power to go up and down hills quickly and cut through thick, wet grass. They have renewed my faith in electric mowers. Never again will I have to worry about smoke exhaust, belts, or oil changes.
