Pivot ball size requirements may vary
I bought this thing hoping I could use it on my sink however the ball is too big. It's clearly a different size than the old one. This product should marked what the pivot ball will fit only newer pvc type fitting drain pipes. Nothing wrong with the product just lack of information. Thx

Wrong ball size for most sinks!
The package does not say so, but this unit has a MEDIUM size ball and most bathroom sinks have a small ball. Rona no longer carries the small ball version, ONLY this version. Helpdesk guy said lots of people are running into this.

Absolute piece of junk
The tread of the plastic piece breaks when you try to screw it in. I’ve used this piece for 3 sinks so far and ALL of them are the same. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy this junk. If I could, I would give it a 0 star rating.

Does not fit most sinks
I bought this to replace one under a sink, and yes, the ball is too big. This does NOT fit under most sinks, and the package does not say this is a medium ball.
