Easy to install, mostly quiet
Our older-style toilet was running from time to time, so we opted to try repairing it instead of getting a new toilet. The install was very easy and straightforward with instructions on optimizing the amount of water filling the bowl. I would say this for the claim of it being a "quietfill" product, it's not quiet at all when it *starts* to fill the tank, but as it gets to the halfway point it gets much quieter and much quieter than my previous set-up. Because of the ease of install and the price vs. the somewhat false claim of it being quiet, I'd give it 4.5 stars.

Excellent Product
I bought 3 of these items over the past 12 months for my 4 toilet house. The first one was purchased January 2017 to the most current purchase Jan 2018. Korky's premium fill valve is super easy to install and hs been working flawlessly since Jan 2017. Each of my 3 Toilet tanks with Korky fill valve now fills in less than 30 seconds. Waiting for the 4th Toilet fill Valve to fail (excessive water tank fill time) and will replace with Korky Fill valve. Bonus feature where fill valve has seperate adjustment for water to toilet bowl.

Excellent customer service
I bought this product 9 months ago in order to replace my noisy old Korky toilet fill valve. However, It was hissing sound after installation. I contacted to customer service, Joanna King respond me with in a 12 hrs and she provided me some instructions to fix it. I followed as instructed but did not solve at all. Then she send me new replacement which is working properly with quiet sound. I didn't get a chance to drop some words for her service on that time. Thank you Joanna for your excellent customer service.

Rubber inside the cap is too loose
Bought two of these fill valves a couple of days ago and had such a hard time setting them properly. After hours of frustration on why the water was streaming and hissing from the top of the fill valve I figured that the red rubber inside the cap
was pushed inside the cap that made the whole valve acting weird. The valve was constantly shutting off the water as it was filling in the tank. The solution to this problem was to reduce the water stream coming to the valve from the source and find a sweet spot where the water won't be pushing the rubber inside the cap. However, reducing the water stream also increases the tank filling time. This new valve is in fact working much quieter than the old one but the water filling became much slower.

Easy to install, works well
Bought this valve to replace a Toto GMax that was making a loud whining noise due to a leaky flapper. Replaced the valve first to make sure it didn't make noise if the toilet starts leaking again and that part of the problem was solved. Replacing two parts myself saved $150 getting a plumber to do it.

Greatest product of its kind
I'm a DIY plumber and have bought many various products that claim to be the best. It wasn't until I saw the 'KORKY' line-up of toilet fill valves at Lowes only did I decide to give it a try. Made in America was a slam dunk decision to try it. I am amazed at the quality, and the ease of installation. You can't find clearer instructions on a product anywhere. And I mean any product. Don't bother with the others, I'll leave their Brand name anonymous. By comparison the rest are sub par. I bought too many and consider them disposable, pure junk, but some are the best of the junk. This 'Korky' line is in a league of its own. The most thorough installation instructions with superb diagrams. I'm immediately changing my other 3 toilets. Time will tell, but results were immediate. Absolute best product out of about 10 similar products I have purchased. Something to be said about Made in the USA. I know, I'm an industrial supplier and anything made in the USA, Canada or Japan, are sturdy and well manufactured.

Works Great And Quiet !
Easy to Install , Works properly when following instructions . Installed on Crane 1.6 gallon tank , but will work with other models of toilets . Just hope holds up to 5 year Warranty , time will tell . Thanks Korky for You Tube ,videos also .

Adjust tank water level
I have had this for a few months but cannot lessen the water level in tank, so water is too high and leaks continuously. Following adjustment instructions useless as part is too close to back of tank to allow it to turn.
