When is the idle on this machine, I found the choke lever on the back of the snowblower but I cannot find where the idle is ?
Thank you for your question. The idle is adjusted via a throttle stop screw located between the gas tank and carburetor box. Please contact the manufacturer at 1-800-668-1238 for more information.

The Chute does not rotate. I purchased it in October and 2018 and it has been used only once in Dec 2018.
The same problem with me.and I use it twice . I open the rotation control box and there is a disordered cable. I spend two hours to put it back and it’s working well now

You get what you pay for - quality reflects price
Reasonable power but chokes with large amounts of snow. Power handle cheap and has fallen off from its very first use. Crank chord got jammed in plastic and had to be pulled out.
I know the above sounds like I am a bull in a china shop but I can assure you I was very careful and those quality issues are real.
Overall moves light snow quite well. Worked well in Toronto’s 30cm storm.
Engine starts easily (only used chord but nice feature).
Lightweight and portable in an SUV which is primarily why I bought it.
Reasonable price to value.
Overall - I would recommend this product with above quality observations.

Stock Wheels clog up with snow
I have owned this unit for a year. I found that the stock hard plastic wheels, which had very deep tread and a square profile, would build up with snow and then they would not spin anymore after about 0.5" of snow built up on them, under wet snow conditions. The stock wheels were also set too far apart to allow one to reach the far outer edge of the sidewalk to clear it without the outer wheel falling off the edge frequently. I just spent the whole day sourcing new smooth rubber skinny crowned profile wheels for it, then bought bronze bushings and had to machine the new wheels to fit the bushings and cut down the hubs of the new wheels because I did not want to spend any more money or time sourcing higher priced wheels. Parts were cheap, but I pretty much wasted the whole day customizing wheels trying to fix the problems I encountered with the stock wheels. I would not recommend this unit until Craftsman remedies the problem with the wheels so that they shed snow and don't build up. Other than that, I like the features. I have yet to try it with the new crowned wheels, but it already rolls much smoother, and I think it will function much better, because there is nowhere on my new skinny crowned
rubber wheels for the snow to grab onto and accumulate.

Cheaply made, very disappointed
Bought this a few months ago.
The first one I bought, the lights didn’t work. Took it back and got another. After running it a few times I found bolts falling out of it because this thing vibrates so much.
Tonight I tried blowing about 6” of snow we got and it really struggled, plus I noticed the lights no longer working.
Basically I think this blower is very poorly assembled in the factory making it so buzzy and rattling bolts and lights loose. I’ll be looking for a refund if even possible.

It's pretty, but quality is poor
The first time i used this it rattled and vibrated so much that bolts fell out. A week later the lights on the front rattled loose and don't work anymore. It struggles with anything deeper than 6" of snow and doesn't throw very far. I'm taking it in for warranty to get the lights fixed and to see if they can tighten up the bolts so they stop falling out. I would not recommend.

It blows snow very hard!
Very well balanced and feels really light
I have only had the opportunity to use this machine twice, but I am very happy with its performance. It weighs 100 lbs, but feels light as a feather because they balanced it so well on the two wheels. It gets right down to the sidewalk, and is easy to maneuver in and out of the garage. I like the controls (chute direction crank) being right within reach. I also like the window that lets you see how much gasoline is left. The lights are a nice touch, but when you are throwing snow ahead of you, they are kind of useless because you will be blinded by a wall of snow in front of you anyway, and they get covered in snow quite quickly. I used it to clear off the snow in the alley behind my garage, and it handles small alley rocks ok too (just watch where you throw them!) I bought it on a clearance sale at reno depot (which was closing permanently), and got the last one (floor model), and I am glad I did. I also used it to throw the snow out that had been freshly plowed out of my parking spot on the street, and it performed like a champ ( I wouldn't try to use it on frozen snow windrows though, as the paddles are essentially just rubber). It works best in deeper snow (throws it farther). I would not bother using this machine for anything less than 1" of snow, it would be just as fast to use a shovel, but for anything heavier, it is well worth it. It is not completely effortless, and requires a light 'push' but it is far easier on the back than shoveling heavy snow. I usually do my neighbor ladies sidewalk, and this machine will make it something I look forward to instead of something that I dread. It is rather satisfying throwing snow 30 feet and giving winter a big old fiddle minger.

Just OK
This is the 2nd season and the 1st winter was a disappointment as the crank handle for the shoot broke and the saftey bar keeps coming out of the holes on the handle. Motor has performed well and starts easily with the electric start extension cord. Any depth over 6 inches of snow and the machine struggles somewhat.
