Nice way to finish a tile edge
I used this metal trim to edge my backsplash. There were not any instructions included, so after putting the mortar on the wall I pushed this trim piece into it and butted up the tile. It makes a nice edge and will be easy separation if I want to repaint the untitled side.

Makes a Job Perfect
These strips make a tile job complete. We drill holes every 18" in the webbing and use plastic anchors in concrete, or roofing nails in wood to hold these before setting tile. Realistically, the thin set in the webbing should hold it in the real world, but people who drag there feet can jar them loose if they kick it numerous times. Being aluminum, they hold up well to wear.

Looks great with Stone and Glass Mosaic Tile
We used this to edge a stone and glass mosaic tile (Lowe's item 291236) and found the color harmonized nicely with the white and grays in the tile pattern. The trim cuts easily with a hacksaw (it helps to have someone hold the trim while you cut short sections), and can be cut on 45 degree angles for corners. It would be nice if end caps, corners, etc. were available for this product, but if you cut carefully, you can get a very neat finished corner just by butting two pieces together.

Great way to finish the edge of the backsplash
When we purchased our backsplash, we realized that it did not have a "finished edge piece" and with the uneven edge, it might look funny. The place that we purchased the backsplash from suggested that we get the Schluter system for the one edge. Glad we did, it gives a very clean edge.

Good looking, functional solution
Easy to use and have a fantastic modern look. It's an easy way to finish off tile edges without having to purchase or monkey with expensive bullnose tiles.

Tile finish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tile edging is very good. However, the Lows stock is limited and often bent.

Great finisher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product paired with the ditra floor system. Really finished off the look for my tile install. Seems very robust and should last a long time. The finish is great and even held up when I scraped all the extra mortar off of it. Cuts easily with a hacksaw.
