Description
La corvée de la lessive ne sera plus jamais la même grâce à cette incroyable laveuse de marque Samsung! Conçue pour effectuer 2 brassées séparées à la fois grâce à une cuve 5,8 pi³ et une autre de 1,1 pi³, elle comprend plusieurs fonctions pratiques telles que le lavage rapide qui peut compléter une brassée en seulement 30 minutes, ainsi que le lavage à la vapeur qui nettoie en profondeur et élimine les taches. La technologie PowerFoam(MC) utilise un mélange d'air, d'eau et de détergent qui pénètre profondément dans le tissu. Cet appareil est également muni d'une technologie de réduction des vibrations qui permet un fonctionnement plus silencieux. L'option d'autonettoyage de la cuve garde celle-ci fraîche et sans odeurs et vous rappelle de la nettoyer après 40 cycles. La technologie Smart Care quant à elle, peut envoyer des solutions de dépannage à votre téléphone intelligent et une option de connexion Wi-Fi vous permet de surveiller la durée restante du cycle, de recevoir une alerte lorsqu'il est terminé et de programmer des cycles à partir de votre téléphone intelligent.

words can't explain the horrible experience we've had with our samsung washer and dryer order. it was delivered and we were to have installation included. it was installed about 1/2 way, meaning brought into our home, dented, scratched our hardwood floors on the way in, shipping/packing bolts not removed, not calibrated or leveled, hot and cold were hooked up wrong and a week and a half later they have still not called back. i have called in 8 times and keep getting cut off. horrible service. go with a retailer. samsung doesn't respond. can't review a machine that i cant use. samsung call us please. i have laundry to do!

Please listen to all the 0ne-star reviews. I'd give this No Stars, if possible.This is the most expensive mistake I've ever made. It should be recalled/pulled off the market. The Water Sensor design is faulty. Samsung knows this. If you try to run the upper and lower at the same time, it triggers the Sensor and locks up both. Error code 1LRC will flash and lock up the machine. This is a DESIGN FLAW. Samsung's tactic is to run out the warranty with pointless service appointments, instead of replacing the unit. To replace the sensor board, a complete tear-down of the machine is required. Obviously, they won't authorize this. The customer service is a joke. RUN AWAY FROM THIS LEMON.

Do not purchase this washer!!!!
Washer makes a terrible loud banging noise when it changes cycles. At other times sounds like a plane is landing in my home. I contacted Samsung. They sent out a technician who "educated" me on how to properly load a washing machine. He instructed me to get out my owners manual and follow the instructions on load size. He ran the washer once with no clothes in it and found nothing wrong. I am a 44 year old, mother of two. I have owned a whirlpool top loader and a bosch front loader. Would love to trash this Samsung for my old washers. I currently turn on the washer and leave the house because it infuriates me that I have paid so much money and am stuck with this piece of junk.

Plastic Computer Screen Cracked during Self Clean
it was working great - so nice having "2 machines in 1". the machine alerted us that it needed to "self clean". we ran it in self clean mode and as it was finishing, i heard a noise - the plastic cracked along the side. the machine continues to work, but the screen has a terrible crack through it. so disappointed. we haven't even had this machine for a year. i have been getting the run around from samsung's certified repair company and have been told that it isn't covered by the warranty even though the machine did it to itself. be warned!

Not happy!
Had this sset delivered and set up and started washing the same day. First thing I noticed about the washer, once the load was complete, I opened the door and water was everywhere on the front of the washer. I took the clothes (t-shirts and jeans) out and placed them in the dryer. I put them on a normal cycle, medium heat, dry cycle more.... I had to run it 3 times before my clothes actually came out dry. Not happy at all. Additionally, put dress clothes in on Perm Press cycle with the wrinkle prevent on; when the cycle was done, all the clothes were in a big knot and wrinkled to no end.....

Overpriced garbage!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t waste your money on this piece of garbage! Not only does it have major issues but Samsung has no clue how to fix. If you enjoy wasting your money to buy a pretty machine that does not work and spend your afternoon is in the laundry mat then go ahead and buy this piece of junk!
I’ve had the repair people out at least five times and no one has ever fixed the machine.
This machine never worked properly since the day I bought it, End it always has the same code.

This Washer is the Real Deal!!
I purchased this washer and have been nothing short of completely satisfied! The delivery and install was smooth, professional, and quick. Now that I have been able to get more use into the washer, I have seen that it really is incredible! There are so many options and cycles that you are able to wash your clothes any way you want. The cycles are efficient and the machine is so quiet I can barely tell it is running. I love this product and would recommend it to any and everyone looking to upgrade their laundry experience.

Do not buy...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sure the washer cleans clothes and has many options to clean said clothes, but this washer has been nothing but trouble from day one. The dirty from the lower washer kept “draining” into the upper washer, leaving a nasty smell of sewage water in the laundry room. We have to run the calibration cycle weekly, even though the manual says to run it every three months. The call to Samsung for the issue is what prompted the calibration cycles. The Samsung people are NOT helpful, and talk to you as though you’ve never used a washer before. Needless to say, the washer is more of a pain than anything. But having paid so much for it, it needs to be used at least until the crap thing is paid off.
