Les lignes épurées et le bec à grand arc de ce magnifique robinet noir mat Raya de Pfister donneront un look contemporain à votre cuisine. Sa tête amovible est munie de 3 fonctions, dont une permettant de mettre le débit sur pause. Sa technologie AutoDock permet de replacer la tête facilement lorsque vous avez fini de l'utiliser. Son bec rotatif à 360° est très pratique et procure une excellente portée. Ce robinet facile à installer s'adapte aux éviers à 1 trou et à 3 trous et est vendu avec un écusson optionnel. Il est conforme aux exigences CSA, ADA et CALGreen. Distributeur de savon inclus.

I bought this faucet 15 months ago. For this last year, I loved this faucet. It looks great and performed perfectly. Last Saturday I woke up and went into the kitchen to make our coffee. I went to the sink and could NOT pull the handle down to turn on the water. It was like it was stuck. My husband tried it as well. This faucet comes as one piece with the hoses etc all inside of the faucet. It does not come apart for you to repair or order a part. You are stuck having to buy another one. My husband did not want to originally purchase this because of the price. Now a year later and we have to buy another faucet. It won't be a Pfister.

Looks great but doesn't work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great faucet if you value form over function, but if you want an expensive faucet that actually works, don't buy this!
First, the sprayer button frequently gets stuck and restricts all flow. Not very helpful if you actually wanted to use the spray feature.
Next, the cover on the flow restore button comes off, probably because you spend much of your time trying to pry it out to restore flow when you use the sprayer.
Finally, when you are discouraged that it's not working properly after only two years of use, the main handle gets stuck and it stops working completely. As in no water in your kitchen. At all.
In the end, I have to recommend against this faucet.

Good faucet buttttt
The handle broke clean off!!! The cartridge apparently is a common piece that is being replaced on this faucet. It's a bummer even so Pfister sent out the part for free but now it needs to be worked on and is slightly complicated to do.

Very Sleek and Elegant Faucet!
Thus is a terrific faucet. I'm a contractor that is very picky and for such a great price Pfister has put out a wonderful product. Works very smooth. Head keeps tight. Nice soft rubber buttons for the spray give it a solid quality feel. The entire faucet is elegant and looks modern and beautiful. The height is nice too as its a bit higher than others. I totally recommend this product.

Purchased about 5 months ago, the handle is stuck on hot, we can turn it to cold but it will not open. pulled it off and the parts inside are mangled, it's all cheap plastic inside there. the pull down spout has buttons, if we push the button to change to shower its stuck there until we shut water off and pull the button out manually. save your money, I am not even interested in repairing it, going to replace it with something half the price and throw it in the trash where it belongs.

Nice faucet set looks wonderful in our kitchen.
We purchased this online for store pickup...the set looks good with all our black appliances in the kitchen. We had our contractor do the install and decided to not use the soap dispenser. My wife likes it and is user friendly the only issue I have is the option buttons to change the water flow, its weak and at times gets stuck so need to pull it out, almost has a plastic feeling to it.

Not right from the day it was installed
Leaked from the handle on the first day. Requested parts from MFG. Sent a few weeks later. Tried to clean the aerator
the other day and when you pull out the sprayer and bend the hose to turn upside down the plastic insert breaks inside causing it to leak from the top of the sprayer. Oh....you to order a aerator removal tool if you want to clean it. REALLY?

Horrible!
Handle started locking up...called company they acted SO SURPRISED. Ha! According to theses reviews, looks like a VERY COMMON issue. Already had to replace sprayer head. Used to buy Pfizer kitchen faucets exclusively. NO MORE. Buy something else! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I hate that I need to give any stars!!!
