Where can I find instructions for this faucet. I need to fix the flow as only the sprayer works and not regular flow.
There aren't any instructions to fix it, and the spray head would need to be replaced. Pfister supports a lifetime warranty for most parts and products to the product's original purchaser. Is the plate at the bottom of the faucet optional? I would prefer just to add the faucet single hole in a modern one hole granite without the plate.

My faucet suddenly has half the water flow after we had it professionally installed about a month ago. All other faucets in the house are working normally, and there is no obvious signs of any limits of flow reaching the faucet. Any suggestions?
We are sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your faucet. Please perform the following troubleshooting steps provided below:
Please remove the spray head from the hose and test the water flow. Please shut the water off to the faucet for this step.
Step 1: Please remove both cold/hot water supply line hoses from the inlet lines of the faucet.
Step 2: Check the inlet line connectors for any debris.
Step 3: Please remove handle by using a 3/32 hex wrench and rotating the set screw counter-clockwise to unthread.
Step 4: Remove dome cap by rotating counter-clockwise to unthread.
Step 5: Remove the retainer nut by using pliers or adjustable wrench to rotate counter-clockwise to unthread.
Step 6: Gently pull the cartridge out of the faucet body and rinse the cartridge with warm water to clear any debris from inside.
Step 7: Check the faucet cavity for any debris inside.
Step 8: To reinstall cartridge, perform the cartridge removal in reverse steps.

this doesnt come with a soap dispenser?

What is its reach? I need to know the distance between the spout and the post . I ask because the distance between the mounting hole on my sink and the sink basin is larger than average.

Terrible Quality
I bought this faucet in March. 7 months later it broke. The pull down hose broke inside the tip and water started backing up through the faucet neck and filled our cabinet underneath the sink. We rarely use the pull down. It's cheap braided nylon hose, not stainless steel. And all the parts are cheap plastic. From an operation standpoint the flow is so fast you get spray all over your counter around the sink....and we have a deep sink. I would highly not recommend this product!

Small Leak at Tap & Lower Flow Rate
I bought this faucet about two months ago, about two weeks ago I noticed a small pocket of water at the base of the tap, thinking it was normally water drip from my hands, I was later able to confirm it was the tap itself. We like the look of the faucet, but we are concerned about the quality. The other frustrating part is that the water flow rate is about 60% of my previous faucet.

Problem - leak
I bought this faucet in July 2019. Early december 2019, the pull down hose broke. It started leaking and filled our cabinet underneath the sink. I do not recommend it. Brought it back. And all the parts are cheap plastic.

Not bad
After 9 months it started to leak just like everybody else. On there troubleshooting site it says that in the rare case that this happens just use a number 8 metric allen to tighten inside.

Great price and modern looking
I had this installed about a month ago when I replaced my counter tops. Yesterday the water flow suddenly cut in half - both hot and cold. All other taps in the house are working normally. What would cause this?

Good value for money
I bought this with some trepidation after reading the other reviews. After a month, I have no issues to report and I will keep my fingers crossed it stays that way. Installation was very easy and l like the effective but utilitarian design. In fact, I am quite pleased with it. I am somewhat concerned about unseen issues (based on the other reviews) but at this time, I believe the unit to be well constructed and good value. Bought it on sale.
NOTE for installation, unit does not come with hot and cold water line feeds which have to be purchased separately. That is logical but something that caused me to need to return to store. Also, you will need a small quantity of plumber's putty.

Pas bon et cher !
Terrible qualité
Avons acheté ce robinet en février 2020, installation par un professionnel. Avons choisi pour le "look" moderne, la recommandation du conseiller en magasin. Aurions pu acheter d'autres marques ou modèles moins dispendieux mais nous voulions de la qualité. Quel désastre ! Jullet 2021, l'eau a commencé à remonter à travers le col du robinet et a rempli notre armoire sous l'évier et causé des dommages au plancher sous l'armoire. Nous utilisons très rarement le pull down, semble trop fragile ou les deux boutons disponibles sur le bout du robinet (arrêt/jet). Du point de vue de l'opération, le débit est si rapide que vous obtenez un jet partout sur votre comptoir autour de l'évier et nous avons un évier profond. ÉVITER LES PROBLÈMES / NE VOUS APPROCHEZ PAS DE CET ARTICLE BAS GAMME À PRIX TROP ÉLEVÉ ! JE NE RECOMMANDE DÉFINITIVEMENT PAS

Looks great with many nice features
I bought it about 2 months ago and am very happy with how it looks and works. My only caution would be it always turns on with a full water stream even if you turned it off when in spray mode.
