Description
Posez cette poignée Prime-Line sur votre porte pour créer un look époustouflant. Construite en acier moulé sous pression, il n'y a pas plus durable qu'elle. De plus, étant réversible, elle convient aux portes s'ouvrant par la droite et par la gauche. Cette poignée de porte coulissante comporte des trous de montage de 3 15/16 pouces. Elle est munie d'un bouchon à éjection amovible pour y insérer un barillet de serrure.

What is the length of the cutout in the door?

The handle only needs the holes on each side of the door frame for the mounting screws and lever tailpiece, If you are refereeing to the mortise latch that keeps the door closed, that will depend. You should already have a hole mortised into the edge/profile of your door. I cannot tell you what size you have to make. This handle set is for a replacement of an existing handle set you had. What is the measurement for how far out the handle sticks? We have a screen door that is tight to the patio door and need something that has a low profile.

Does this have a keylock function?

what width of door can this accommodate? i.e. how long are the bolts that go through the door? I have a thick door.

This is the exact handle I have at home... What I need to replace is the system that goes with it. The handle has two screws and not all the systems feet them.

Not so easy...
Picked this item up when the latch broke on the handle of my sliding glass door since they didn't carry latch kits. It was one of 3 styles instore, not much of a selection by any means. It looked easy enough to assemble though. IT WAS NOT. Three different screw lengths and not one fit. After three rotations the crews do not go into the outdoor handle anymore and they are so soft they strip very easily so then by the time you get them in as much as you can, you can't get them out. The end product is a wobbly handle, now I need to go get spacers... Very disappointed.

Easy and perfect
I didn't even know Lowe's carried these. I almost thought I would need to get a new patio door. This fit perfectly and even came with 3 different length screws for different door thickness. I am not so handy and it took me less than 5 minutes to replace with nothing but a screwdriver. I can actually use the handle to open my door again. Highly recommend!

Bad hardware
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two bolts that look appropriate were too small, the longer bolts that fit were not as nice looking. When I used them as soon as it got tight they stripped out. Enough that I couldn’t get them out. I had to drill the bolt head off.

Good handle.

Easy Fix
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old handle, different design, broke but this is a great substitute and was easy to install. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because one of the screws is not completely pulling the two pieces together. There is a slight jiggle in the handle. Works great with the locking mechanism and easy to install.

Fits for my needs
Works well. Has different size screws in case the form factor is strange, which was in my case. My original door handle had a different mold compared to this new one. The new handle in this review had a more protruded factor, which led me to use one of the longer screws
