The baseboard heater thermostat is not included. Two options are offered as an accessory for the installation of a thermostat: a built-in thermostat or a wall thermostat.

Great Value, Solidly built
I was pleasantly surprised when these arrived--sight unseen. I was expecting some cheap, paper-thin sheet-metal items--as I have grown used to with most other brands. But these are built like tanks, nicely rounded corners, and dare I say nice to look at. And they are quiet in operation. Grab 'em before the price goes up!

Bruyante 3 fois plutôt qu’une!
J’ai acheté 3 plinthes Stelpro et les 3 font des « tic » à intervalle régulier peu importe à quelle intensité elle chauffe. J’ai contacté la compagnie qui m’ont dit qu’elles devaient être défectueuses (oui, oui, même après 3) et que je devais manquer du travail pour me présenter à leur usine durant les heures d’ouverture limitées pour qu’il répare ma plinthe (en leur mentionnant pertinemment que c’était la 3e) Bref, je vais aujourd’hui m’acheter une nouvelle plinthe d’une nouvelle marque parce qu’après 3, je n’ai plus la patience de leur laisser encore une autre chose. La plinthe est dans ma chambre à coucher d’où la raison pourquoi les « tic » sont très dérangeants et irritants la nuit. En plus d’avoir des produits défectueux, le service à la clientèle de Stelpro si vous avez un problème est très ordinaire donc si vous voulez un conseil : changez de compagnie.

Acheté 3 plinthes stelpro il y a 3 ans et les clics constants du matin au soir de l'une d'entre elles à rendre fous. Leurs appareils à convection sont bons, mais la plinthe Brava : à éviter.

Love the profile
I bought a few of these to warm up the the basement play room for the grandchildren. Love the fact that they have rounded corners as opposed to the sharp corners on standard baseboard heaters.Cuts back on potential injuries when they are running and playing. They work well and are well made.

No protective cover
The design doesn't account for babies/toddlers who obviously can reach the heater mounted on the floor. My kid cut his little fingers numerous times by putting them inside the heater. All the insides are sharp as a razor!

Loud clicking all day and night.
Like others have mentioned, I installed this a few weeks ago and I can’t sleep now with all the loud clicking sounds. Very disappointed.
