Attractive, no visible screws, complements switch
This is a nice looking switch plate. My wife doesn't like to see screws on the switch plates (and I can't disagree with her), and this one consists of a plastic piece that snaps over the portion of the plate that screws onto the switch. It's a nice design, and I've installed three of them.
With the first two, the two pieces separated easily. I had to pry the two parts apart on the last one that I installed, and was concerned that I may actually crack the exposed piece while I was trying to separate the two parts. With a little effort, the two parts DID come apart.
There's one thing to consider with this plate -- although it looks nice, it doesn't fit flush AGAINST the wall like other switch plates do. I don't know if anyone would be bothered by this, but just be aware that there WILL be a space between the switch plate and the wall..
Another observation -- if you want the switch plate to disappear into the wall, I don't know how well it will hold paint or wallpaper. However, with this design, it should be pretty easy to do either, and not worry about having to make the screws match.

Don't like the edge
The switch plate looks nice from the front but has a really obvious gap around the edge where the screwless part snaps in.
I have some other ones (I think Eaton?) where the snap-in part has edges that wrap around the side to avoid this problem.

Best wallplates period
I love Lutron screwless wallplates. They make a switch look so sleek and clean, I use them on all my wallplates. They are very easy to install and come in tons of colors, even custom colors. I wouldn't use any other wallplates.

These are awesome
Just giving a quick review as I changed every light in my house to these. They all fit flush against the wall, so not sure what issues other people are having. They screw into your lights like a normal wall plate, so if you have a gap against the wall with these then you would have the same gap on a normal cover since they work the same way.

The way to go!
Although, as mentioned above, the cover plate doesn't always fit completely against the wall due to the gang box that contains the switch or other may not be recessed in the wall. Not a problem! A small bead of white paintable caulk solves this issue perfectly.

Looks super classy
Looks nice, easy to install. Took me a few to understand how to open it but it was easy and I really like how it looks on the wall

Nice but, short screws
Very clean looking and sturdy. However, the screws to attach the mounting plate are extremely short. I had to buy two longer screws to install it. For the price, I don't see why they don't have longer screws.

I found these several years ago and have replace every switch and outlet plate in our house. I love the way they conceal the screws.
