Hi , I have 4 of these fixtures in my home and unfortunately one of the clips that holds the crystal glass to the chrome ring has broken . Is there anyway of having the clips replaced ? Can't use the light without it . Thank you

I purchased this beautiful light 2 years ago. Last week one of the clips broke and the shade came crashing down and broke into a million pieces. Can I get replacement parts one clip and the shade or do I have to buy a another light

How do you get the shade in? The clips don't move much and I don't want to break them off by accident.
You must apply a more than average force of the glass on two of the clips for the last clip to be in place.

How do I install the bar to the ceiling and then to the light itself
The mounting bracket it installed to the junction box using screws and then to the fixture using the decorative screws.

Where does one get a new glass globe. The fixture has been installed for over a month in our kitchen. Last night the globe crashed to the floor and shattered. No one was in the room luckily. It appears one of the clips let go

Light is beautiful and bright, but the clips are plastic and break very easily. Be extremely careful which attaching the glass shade.

Beautiful light but cheap clips
I bought this light and about a month later brought it down to clean it and the light clip (which is cheap flimsy plastic) broke. What a waste of money. One month old. Buyers beware!
